My wife and I purchased a 2010 Equinox from Bob Winn back in November. Since then we have had the vehicle serviced twice, once for the 3,000 mile service and another for a few voluntary recalls. On all three occasions, Bob Winn took the time to make us feel welcome at the dealership. During the sale he did not pressure us to make the sale. During our service visits, he came over to talk with us, and asked us how we were enjoying the Equinox. He even remembered my son's name. He is very knowledgable and always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the customer. He understands the value of customer service and building relationships that will last for years to come. Was visiting Kansas for a quick weekend getaway. Noticed the lot had all sorts of colors available for the Camaro. Took a look around and was about to get back in the car to head to the mall when Matt McCa the lot had all sorts of colors available for the Camaro. Took a look around and was about to get back in the car to head to the mall when Matt McCann asked if anyone has helped us yet. McCann needs a promotion because it didn't feel like I was speaking with a sales consultant but a true expert of Chevrolet. Considering Mr. McCann is new to Superior Chevrolet I COULDN'T tell! He drew out a chart so I could understand the difference b/t an SS, LT, LS, etc. Gave an idea of how many months the Camaro would cost so I wouldn't be too shocked and he knows how keep a person focused on what is real! He even took time out to help me remove my stuff from my other vehicle to the new one! EXCELLENT work ethics! He had his paperwork in order and had neat handwritting! He even brought ice cold water! He made me laughhhhhh which is very important, and it the whole experience didn't seem fake. It was very geniune. Within the test drive, he even demonstrated how well the iPod can work and all the buttons within the car and the keypad! I honestly felt like I was speaking with a friend I've known for years. Steve Lindsey was the next person that came over to introduce himself, and Mr. Lindsey assisted GREATLY in the pricing that led up to making the final decision. He made me laughhhh and offered some great heart to heart advice that was very sincere. EXCELLENT work ethics! The GREAT EXPERIENCE didn't stop there, it led on to Caleb Zhao the Finance Manager. I've been in financing offices before and it can be BORING! Not with Mr. Zhao! His introduction and EXCELLENT work ethics! Not only is he a Laker's fan, but he also knew how to handle all of the financing procedures. I mean, he knew his job! He was typing, talking, explaining the documents and what they were for and why I was signing them, and he explained all the coverages and recommended the ones that I would benefit from. He was multi-tasking with perfection! I would highly recommend each and everyone of these individuals to assist in a car purchase! I could have sworn I saw some angel wings on the back of these people when they walked away! Thanks Gary for assisting in the ONSTAR setup! ;) Kudos! 100%! Way to go! They made my purchase much much easier!!! Thank goodness that teamwork, dedication, intitiative, and most of all working with and for the consumer, which they have proved is their 1st priorty. Everything about our experience was above and beyond our expectations and this is greatly due in part because of our salesmen, BOB WINN!! My husband Keith has been completely obsessed with the thought of owning a 2012 orange convertible camaro. Now we all know those won't be out for quite awhile, so he has been driving by your dealership almost everyday looking at all of the other choices to satisfy this camaro fix. This is when we met Bob. He knew that Keith was primarily interested in the convertibles that would come out next year but treated us like gold everytime we stopped in, and let me tell you in was alot!! We we're able to test drive many of the cars on the lot and Keith decided that he needed the orange V-6 camaro. We planned to meet with Bob and just before we got there the car had sold. Well, my hubby was so disappointed and Bob told us about the yellow one that was for sale. We looked at it, took up alot of Bob's time, and decided that we would be settling if we picked the yellow one. We had both seen pictures of the Synergy Green camaro and told Bob to call us if one came in. Still knowing that we would probably wait to get a convertible camaro, Bob sent us an email Monday that the Synergy Green Camaro was at the dealership. Someone also called Keith to let him know to. By the way, this is about the 3rd email we had received from Bob. He sent us an email the very first night we took a test drive. I have never had a salesmen send me an email, much less 3!! Bob treated us like we we're people and not just a number. Anyway, the car was behind the building not even ready for the showroom yet, but Bob took us in back so we could see it. WOW is all I can say!! My husband and I both loved it. Truth be known, orange was my least favorite color, and green happens to be my favorite. Bob spent the entire evening with us on Monday gathering all of our info to make this deal happen and Tuesday, March 16th, 2010 on my husbands 44th birthday we drove that sexy camaro off the lot. Bob worked really hard to make this deal happen and was so excited for us. I feel like we have a friend for life and he knows we'll be back to get that convertible camaro someday. In the meantime, I'm honored and blessed to have done business with Bob Winn, and he will come highly recommended for all those who ask where we got our car. As I sit here writing this review I have tears in my eyes. Thank you Bob for making our dreams come true. I took my newly purchased 2000 Camero (manual) to McCarthy in Olathe for a simple oil change to be told my frt brakes were very thin, coolant dirty, and trans fluid dirty & burnt. I called Superior w McCarthy in Olathe for a simple oil change to be told my frt brakes were very thin, coolant dirty, and trans fluid dirty & burnt. I called Superior with this info because I put less than the 3,000 miles since my purchase and I'm thinking, "How can that be?" Jason Murray, Serv Conslt, said I should definitely get a second opinion; he couldn't believe that was true either and offered if I would bring it back they would take a look and even show me what they find. He took me in same afternoon and immediately put Kurt, Shop Foreman, to work on my car. Once ready, Jason took me to their auto shop where my car was apart and he and Kurt thoroughly went over the process of how they determine when things are ready to be changed. They showed me the measuring tool for the brake pads and mine were between 5-6 mm (not the 3mm that McCarthy said); the coolant was light pink and clean (not dirty); and the trans fluid was mildly dirty from use but no burnt smell (that is something that can't be mistaken, as they let me smell burnt trans fluid from another vehicle). All-in-all, I was very pleased with the way Jason Murray handle my situation. It has now been proven that I can trust Superior Chevrolet with the maintenance of my wonderful car. Thank you Jason and Kurt for putting my mind to rest over the condition of my car and saving me over $400 dollars of unnecessary work. And shame on McCarthy for their shady ways! More
