Recently I sent a good friend of mine to Superior Chevrolet to find a used truck. There were some issues when he arrived and he did not feel like the salesman he met was treating him fairly. I made a call to Bob Winn and he immediately stepped in to help Luke. He was able to get Luke in the vehicle he was looking for and for the price range he needed to stay in. He took care of Luke and he left extremely happy. Bob is always focused on the customer and that is why I send my friends to him. It is easy in sales to forget that each person you are selling to has a different situation that they are in. Bob does not forget that. He sees the value in each customer whether they spend $1000 or tens of thousands. Bob is a true asset to the Hendrick organization. Rick Hendrick is a personal friend of my family and I will be letting him know how much I appreciate Bob and the help he has been to me and to the people I recommend to Superior Chevrolet. I will continue to buy from Bob Winn in the future. More
I don't have enough good things to say about my experience at Superior Chevrolet. My particular situation required Dennis Suswick and the finance department (Maurice) to jump through many hoops to experience at Superior Chevrolet. My particular situation required Dennis Suswick and the finance department (Maurice) to jump through many hoops to get me in my "dream" truck.... they accomplished all that and more in less than 5 hours. As far as the truck goes, given the recent year of the truck (2006), the very low mileage on it (50,000), and the extensive list of options present (to say nothing of the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and the continuation of the drive train warranty - both at no cost), the asking price was extremely reasonable. In fact, the deal was so good that I felt no need or inclination to go through any sort of negotiation process. Having said that, in order to get me in my truck, you could say they negotiated on my behalf, something I'm extremely grateful for. In addition, other dealers wanted more money for the same truck, (with less features, more mileage and no warranty). Finally, at no time did I feel the typical "pressure" you may get at many dealerships. Not to sound too corny, but my experience at Superior Chevrolet truly was Superior, in every possible aspect. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, skip the other dealerships, head on over to Superior and be sure to ask for Dennis Suswick. You'll be glad you did - this dealership has the best prices and sales team in the KC metro. In closing, this dealership is A++++ all around, and it's where I'll be heading for routine maintenance and any future vehicle purchases. More
We were looking for a truck. We had some experience with Superior Chevrolet's service department for our Equinox. We have always had a good experience with Randy and Derrick. While car shopping can be stressful, Bob Winn, Jim Flannagan, Gary (customer service/accessories) and Lara Everett made our experience the best we've ever had. We ran into some challenges with getting the deal done...They all stepped up to insure that we not only got the truck we wanted (they had to make a dealer trade), but made sure we got the best deal possible. When there finance department made an error, Bob, Jim and Gary stepped up on our behalf to address and resolve the problem. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a pleasureable, honest experience, at the same time getting a great deal from folks who really care about their customers. We chose this pathway because we trust and respect Bob and his knowledge, honesty, and practicality. The dealership provides him with the resources to fulfill our needs including very fair pricing . I found a 2009 Cadillac CTS on Autotrader that Superior has for sale. The dealership was very helpful in answering all my questions about the car and making the out of state purchase easy and seamless. Jim has for sale. Jim Robinson picked us up at the airport and was very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly he knew a lot about the CTS even though this dealership isn’t a Cadillac dealership. Likewise Caleb Zhao was equally helpful when it came to discussing finance options. In addition, we really enjoyed talking to Caleb. He even called on his day off to answer a couple questions. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
Well I went to the dealership with one goal, to get in look at a vehicle to see how much it was and how many miles were on it, then get out without having to talk to a salesman. I have always held car salesmen in the same category as lawyers, politicians and other liars. I will say that my mind has been forever changed. My experience at Superior Chevrolet with Scott Wells was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Low pressure, worked with us very well without being pushy. Got us the vehicle we wanted for a good price but the kicker came three months later. I was supposed to get a free oil change with the vehicle but didn't realize it was on some paperwork that I must have misplaced. I walked into the dealership three months later, Scott remembered me and the vehicle I had bought without a second thought. I asked about the oil change and he said yeah no problem walked me back to the service dept and straightened everything out without the paperwork that I had lost. Now an oil change may not seem like a huge deal, but I found out later that he probably had to pay for that out of his own pocket since I had lost the paperwork but he never made any mention of it. Seriously, who has service like this. Who even remembers a customer and details of a sale three months later, especially at a busy dealership, much less takes care of them without obligation. I felt like more of a valued customer then anytime in recent history that I remember. I don't know what vehicle I might buy in the future but I know I will look first at Superior Chevrolet. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the service dept. With the oil change they checked out my vehicle for a long trip we had coming up. Usually when I take my vehicle to a CarX or Midas for a simple oil change I get a list of 500-1000$ worth of necessary preventative maintainence that needs to be done now or my car will explode. Not here. Maintainence guy (wish I remebered his name too) said everything checked out well; said I had at least 15000 miles left before I needed anything more than an oil change. Service dept was also fast and courteous. What more can I say, go to Superior Chevrolet first! More

Matt was very courteous and professional as he provided me the requested information hassle-free. It was only when I inquired about the availability of an Infinity sedan that he offered to search the database and found one right there on the lot. I was received a warm introductory welcome from sales consultant Bart Bosler as he proceeded to show me the vehicle. Bart was extremely accommodating to my every request and went above the call of duty to make sure I had an extremely pleasant experience. Since this car was for my wife and she hadn't seen it, he allowed me to take it on loan so I could share it with my family. Shortly after returning to the lot, Bart and I came to an agreement on a price and I decided to purchase the car. I went the 'extra mile' on additional requests, just to make me happy. He was very prompt and diligent in his follow up; he intuitively knew how to make me happy, and now I feel that I made a friend in the process. I wish Bart all the success... he truly cares about the customer and his sincerity proves it. Thank you Bart!! I was further introduced to the Finance Manager, Caleb Zhao, who was extremely professional and personable as we finalized the purchase of the car. Caleb was forthcoming and friendly to the extent that I felt very relaxed through the entire process. He extended every resource available to accommodate me; he offered me Superior's very competitive finance rate and made me feel like he was 'fighting' for me to get the 'best rate.' Overall, I had a 'SUPERIOR' car buying experience with Superior Chevrolet. I was so pleased that I went back two days later and made a purchase at the same lot on the Superior Toyota side. While that experience was not as 'grand' it was professional and humbling. I'm currently in the process of working out some misunderstandings... but I'm sure things will turn out great. Dennis Cotton met us on the lot and when he realized it may be at another Hendrick's dealership he took us to his office and looked it up online. He explained our options about getting the car to the Merriam location with great detail, ran some numbers for us and was very patient (with us and both of our small children) while we made a decision regarding the vehicle. He kept us updated on the transfer process and even came in early to get some paperwork done for us to help accomodate our tight weekend schedule. Caleb was wonderful to work with in the finance department. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us of all our options and let us make a decision based on the information he gave us. We never felt pressured to add extra services we didn't feel we needed. If we had questions about anything, he explained the pros and cons of each scenario and let us make a decision. We have only had our new car for a few days and have already been recommending this dealership to our friends and family. The staff was incredibly friendly, very informed and helpful. He worked very hard to find us what we were looking for in our price range. In the end, we found out that it would work for us to purchase a NEW Suburban and we were able to fit it in our budget! Bob had to do a lot of work to find the one we were wanting and he came through for us! Bob helped us think "outside the box". Bob is great at his job, always helpful, smiling and professional. He never got tired of our questions and always kept us updated by email or phone calls! We had looked at a couple of other dealerships and the professionalism just wasn't there. Bob works hard to help his customers, make sure they are happy, and taken care of! It is rare to find that and it means a lot! We were also happy with Caleb and Lara! Both very friendly, knowledgable people!! Car dealerships often get a bad rap. I know they are there to sell you a car but you don't want to feel like you are being pressured into buying something you can't afford. This just didnt' happen here. We have purchased from Superior and Bob before and will again! Thanks to everyone for the great experience! More
