He was able to get me everything I wanted, and was "on time" even though some of my "wants" had limited availability. Caleb made the finance end of the transaction fast and mostly painless (I say "mostly" because it's always just a little painful parting with that much money, no matter how good the terms are. I'll go back to Greg for my next vehicle, and you should consider heading to Superior and asking for him when you need a new one. More
This is my fifth vehicle from Superior and more importantly from Bob Winn. Bob is everything opposite of what some people imagine when they think of a care salesman. We recently purchased a new 2011 Equinox from Bob and he was responsive to our questions or concerns and took ownership of the deal from my first phone call, through the trade, financing, and up until we hopped in this beautiful vehicle and drove off the lot. I have no doubt that we will purchase other cars from Superior and the Hendricks Auto Group as long as Bob Winn is available. Bob's follow-up and high level of service has always provided us peace of mind and confidence in our car selection. I will continue to buy and recommend Superior Chevrolet to my friends and famil. I came to Superior Chevy initially to TRY and move into a new Malibu. I needed to trade a minivan that was "upside down". I lucked out by having Bob Winn greet me and handle the sales process. He is super ni new Malibu. I needed to trade a minivan that was "upside down". I lucked out by having Bob Winn greet me and handle the sales process. He is super nice, honest and works for you. We couldn't make a New Malibu work for my situation. I had some unrealistic demands of what I wanted. However, Bob suggested an Impala that was a certified special they had on the lot. I had not considered an Impala, but after test driving I quickly realized this was a better fit for me. Bob knew my needs and taste better than me! I couldn't be happier with my new Impala. Caleb was excellent as well in the finance office. They got my family in and out quickly, and the payment was within $1 of what I was wishing for. I had experience with Superior years ago for service and was impressed. This was my first purchase from there. Best experience I've EVER had when buying a car. It won't be my last from Superior Chevy. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation. They care, and they're professionals. I contacted Bob by phone and advised him of what type vehicle I was looking to purchase. Bob asked me to give him 30 minutes and he would find what I was looking for. It took him on 20 minutes. He asked if I would come and look at it and drive it. I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes later and the vehicle was washed and detailed along with a dealer plate on it waiting for me to arrive. I've never met a nicer car salesman along with the sales team at the front desk. I will have not problem coming back and working with Bob Winn and the rest of his team when I purchase another vehicle. More

In 2007, I purchased my first ever new vehicle from Superior Chevrolet, a 2007 Extended Cab Silverado. That truck was the absolute best vehicle I've ever owned. From the beginning Superior has been v Superior Chevrolet, a 2007 Extended Cab Silverado. That truck was the absolute best vehicle I've ever owned. From the beginning Superior has been very kind and professional to me. I can't say enough about my Service Advisor, Jason Murray. He is the sole reason I remained loyal to Superior because of his commitment to great customer service. As such, I had every single maintenance done at Superior. About 3 weeks ago I can in for a regular oil change and was interested in looking at a Crew Cab Silverado. Jason very quickly recommended me to Bob Winn. While my vehicle was being serviced, I spoke with Bob and let him know my situation. I really wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, but I would possibly do it if the dollars made sense. After working with Bob, mostly via phone due to my schedule, we found a great strategy that enabled me to upgrade to a 2010 Silverado AND it even lowered my monthly payment. While I LOVE my new truck...I still miss my 2007...it was an incredible vehicle that I was always able to rely on. It was hard to trade it away!! After this great experience there are now 2 reasons why I will only shop at Superior.....Jason Murray and Bob Winn. While Jason has provided me with years of above average service, I was very glad to have done business with Bob. I think we all know the "stigma" that comes when dealing with a "car salesman". Bob is not a car salesman. Instead, Bob is a pure Sales Professional. There is a big difference between the two. Bob was always trying his best to find exactly what I was looking for (I'm a lil picky/demanding) and he was always clear, transparent, and cut to the chase. I appreciate Bob for his honestly and I hope Superior realizes what a great asset they have in Mr. Winn. Robert Winn was an excellent person as a salesman. My husband and I did not feel pressured at all. He allowed us to take our time before we made our decision. So I kept looking for several months. My niece suggested I call Superior Chevrolet. When I first spoke to Bob on the phone he was friendly and made me feel comfortable not pressured. I would e-mail him with questions and he always answered promptly. I asked alot of questions but Bob was always patient and provided me with all the answers I needed to make my decision to buy a car. I told him the type of car I wanted and he found the perfect one. On July 5th, when I met Bob he was just as nice to me and my family in person as he was on the phone. He reviewed all my options like choosing a low interest rate, using rebates or applying my friends and family discount. He took the time to show me how to get the best deal. Four and a half hours later I left the dealership with my new Malibu and a new friend Bob. I was also impressed with Caleb and Lara, both were friendly and very knowledgable. I have had to have minor service done a couple times since the sale, Bernie and Alex made those visits painless. Thanks Bernie for hooking me up with Bob. I appreciate both of you.
