Everything went well with the salesman Dennis, exactly what i expected. When the deal was struck and it was time to deal with the finance dpertment everything seemed fine as well. After i signed the paper work is when it turned to the worst car buying experience i have ever had. A week after the deal was done my bank called and asked me if i had purchased the vehicle because no one from the dealership had been in contact with them. This seemed strang to me because not only did the dealership need to send in a purchase order for the transaction, but they owed $5600 for the differece between the truck i purchased and my more valuable trade in. I called Maurice on wednesday and left a message asking him to call me so that we could discuss the situation, and then again on thursday with no answer. At this piont i called the main dealership number and asked to speak with someone in the finance department and guess who answered! I asked maurice if he had recieved my call and he stated that he was out of the office the day before so I asked if he recieved my message, and thats when he got rude and defensive. I inquired as to why my bank had not recieved the correct purchase order (one was sent the day before the deal was final but had to be redone because my bank would not accept the way that Maurice had structured the deal) and he stated that he didnt think that he needed to send one to them because I had told him that he didnt need to. Not only was that a complete lie, but someone who deals with lending institutions daily knows xxxx well that any bank will need this and that a decision like that is not made based on whether a customer thinks its needed it or not! At this piont in time I found myself being yelled at by someone that I had just spent $17000 with and I informed him that i would not argue any more about the matter and needed to know what would be done to correct the issue. At that piont he transfered me to someone else who looked up the information and stated that they would contact my bank to correct the issue. I am writing this to let people know that this dealership looks reputable but as soon as they have the deal done they could care less about you or your satisfaction as a customer. I am still waiting for them to contact my bank but hopefully it will get done today so that that i can put this behind me and never have to deal with them in the future. More
This has been the best car buying experience I have ever been a part of. Normally I am extremely weary of car salesman, but the team at Superior have totally changed my view. When I say they went above and beyond I am not exaggerating as I definately kept them busy with all my best deal wants and got to haves. Bob never gave up on getting me the best deal for my new Cruze. Jim was very patient and took the time to explain what I did not understand. The Finance dept has always been the roughest for me to get through, again I was weary of the whole process, but I can honestly say when it was all said done Todd also went above and beyond to get me what I needed to drive away in my car. When it came time to get the total review with Les in service, time had run out since I had to be at my son's recital which I could not miss. Les showed me what I needed to get going and has made a time for me to come back and get the full course... This is THE BEST DEALER!!!! WAY TO GO SUPERIOR LOVE MY CRUZE More

He genuinely cares about his customers and their needs and works patiently and tirelessly for them to get the best deals and the right car. I am a very impatient customer, and I return to Superior Chevrolet for our personnal and fleet vehicles because of Bob Winn. Its to the point when I need a new vehicle, I simply call Bob Winn tell him what I am looking for and he comes thru with flying colors!!!! Bob gets us the best deal, and the most bang for our buck. In fact I trust Bob so much that I didnt even see my new Silverado HD 2500 before I picked it up. I was extremely pleased. Today I took my truck to get all the accesories put on at Superior, accesories which did not cost me a dime, he met me with a loaner truck, and then went on to wash the truck, and even got a food stain out of the back seat which occured while delivering food over the holidays. Bob Winn gets all of our business, because hes the best all around salesman I have ever met.Thank you Bob, and Superior Chevrolet!!! More

Even the next day when I went back for my "delivery", I had to wait a few minutes (my fault as I was late) and numerous people came up to me to apologize! They already had their sale so it just shows that this dealer really cares about customer service. I won't go elsewhere in the metro. More
