Test drive and negotiations went fine, but when we were finishing up the negotiations I explained we needed to get through the financing quickly since our babysitter had somewhere to be. We were assured we would be finished in 45 minutes or less so we continued. After waiting to be seem by someone in financing for over an hour we got all the paperwork finished and were told we could pick up our car in delivery. However it wasn't there, it didn't seem like anyone knew where it was and after waiting for an hour in the chairs outside of delivery we were called in for them to hand us the manuals for the car and told it would be out shortly, another 45 minutes later we finally got the car in delivery. When asked to fill out a survey and told nothing below extremely satisfied would due I expressed my disappointment in the time it took to complete the deal only to be told by Dale that it was poor timing because five other people were there buying vehicles. I won't return, and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Horrible experience. The service manager, Derek Miller, was untruthful with me regarding the pricing of the tires he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him on the accuracy and let him know other pla was untruthful with me regarding the pricing of the tires he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him on the accuracy and let him know other places were competitive it he made the comment " I wish you had gone somewhere else". I have brought the vehicle in for the same problem originating from work they initially performed. This manager was little customer service ability as he began to argue with me and show his frustration because I caught him in his untruthfulness. He tried to hold over my head the unauthorized oil change he threw in and the diagnostic fee (which was covered under the service warranty). I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for any type of service. They will try to sell you service you don't necessarily need and will give you attitude if you refuse. On top of this, I filed a complaint with the dealership and have not received any follow ups. This tells me they are not interested in retaining customers. Do not buy or take your car in for service at this dealership. More

Salesman was great. We made an effort to keep him in our loop. Very good and attentive. A 9 ro 10 out of 10. I would recomend him. The problem was with the booth management people. The "deal&qu loop. Ceaser did AMAZING!!! I honestly have never had better service in my entire car buying experience which has been the past 6 months. He was friendly, caring, and he did what had to be done to make me happy service in my entire car buying experience which has been the past 6 months. He also showed me everything about the car I bought and walked me through the paperwork to where I could actually understand it. I will never buy a car from anyone else. I had a great experience with this dealership. We walked in at 5pm on a Friday night and Rick was with us well past close, knowing full well that we were not buying that night. Our 15mo old daughter ran up in at 5pm on a Friday night and Rick was with us well past close, knowing full well that we were not buying that night. Our 15mo old daughter ran up and down the hallway, because its very hard to keep her still, and everyone was so great! They all talked to her and then when we went back in the next day and took a brand new (2013) equinox for a test drive, she went from one office to another and said hi to the guys that were so great to her the night before. We loved the car and they really worked to get us a great price (my husband did his research Friday night). Even since we bought our new car, they call to check in on us periodically. I'm am very impressed with the amazing customer service and hospitality that we were shown throughout the entire experience! Thank you! More
I came to Superior because they had a 2012 Traverse advertised on the internet at a good price. By chance I ran into Bob Winn, and I am very thankful for that. I had just purchased a new vehicle from a advertised on the internet at a good price. By chance I ran into Bob Winn, and I am very thankful for that. I had just purchased a new vehicle from another dealership about 3 weeks before hand, but was involved in a nasty highway accident totaling that car. After telling Bob my story he informed me that I was getting hosed by my insurance, which even though I had GAP was still costing me hundreds in sales tax. Bob helped me fight my insurance to get my totaled vehicles value raised, then worked with me on a price for the Traverse so that I could afford the down payment, monthly and impending sales tax. NEVER have I had someone go that far above and beyond the call of duty as a salesman. From my first conversation with Bob I knew I was going to buy something from him. He EARNED my business in every sense of the way. Superior was great, my time in Finance was easy and helpful. I even got an extended warranty for a discount and a better rate than I was initially quoted before Finance. I would highly recommend Superior to anyone looking for a great buying experience, and especially to Bob Winn. He is more than a salesman, he is a kind man that puts his customer first and foremost. If the industry had more people like Bob in it there would be no stigma to the title of "car salesman," and the world would be a much friendlier place. More
We've been going to Superior for 14 years. Always great service, bought all our Suburbans with them. Even had my mom, mother-in-law, son and about five friends get their vehicle at Superior. Tonight we went in to see about a new car for my wife. Spent about two hours with Chris, who was a great salesperson, looked at several models. My wife choose an Equinox, so we go in to work on the paperwork and in ten minutes, the sales manager Richard, places the paper in front of us and says that if we can't make (down payment) he can't do anything for us. And he didn't want to waste our time as we probably had better things to do as he did. Sounded as if he wanted us to leave to me. Negotiations were done. 14 years to build a relationship and a few minutes to destroy it. The workers are great but we can see now that its their way or the highway. No customer loyalty unless you're willing to pay for it. I am so sorry for wasting 14 years with them. More
