Experience of a Lifetime - 2014 Stingray Museum Delivery! Our journey began in June 2013. We wanted spring 2014 museum delivery but our Los Angeles area dealers were unable satisfy our request. A web search g Our journey began in June 2013. We wanted spring 2014 museum delivery but our Los Angeles area dealers were unable satisfy our request. A web search gave us a lead to Hendrick Chevrolet - left my info on the site and received a call back within a couple of hours. This is where we met our salesperson Don Ross. We shared our plans for taking Museum delivery in March 2014. Don was friendly and courteous and gave us the confidence to place a deposit. This was our first internet car purchase and we needed a dealer and salesperson we could trust. Don kept in touch and on Christmas eve, we finalized order and waited for our allocation to come up in January. Don and the Hendrick team were good to their word and our order was placed with the factory. We took delivery March 17, 2014 as we had originally planned way back in June 2013. After delivery we toured the country for 2 weeks. Don watched us take delivery on the museum webcam and checked on us periodically during our fantastic cross country drive to make sure we were happy with our new Stingray. Don and the entire Hendrick team helped make our dream come true. Chevrolet has a winner with the new Stingray and the winning team at Hendrick Chevrolet. More

The GO TO Chevrolet dealer in KC I can not say enough about Bob and the dealership. There are 5 cars in my driveway owned by my family, all purchased at Hendrick Chevrolet. They earned the most respect when my girlfriend was looking for a car. Other dealerships kept their distance because she didn't have perfect credit. I took her to Hendrick and Bob showed her everything she wanted. No looking down on her, trying to excuse themselves. Bob found her a new Malibu and finance did their thing. She loves the Malibu. Her daughter was looking for a SUV and I went with her to a couple of other dealerships. Again, young and they tried to take advantage of it. She was stuck on a Ford. I got tired of the games the other dealers were playing, called Bob to see if they had anything for her. 4 hours later she was driving an Chevy SUV from Hendricks. She drove 2 hours to get it. When I wanted a new car, Bob got me into a new Camaro. Every time I go there, I ask for Bob. He listens to what you want, and points you in the right direction. Not pushy. He doesn't promise what he can't keep. He is honest with his dealings and you are not pressured in the least. I feel that he truly cares about his customers and every time I leave with a car, I feel like I got a good deal. Finance is a breeze with them. Listen to the options, sign and out of there. Over the years, have worked with Jason and Derek mostly in service. Always honest, gives you options and recommendations. Never felt like they were pushing for more work. More

He showed us all our options in regards to financing, which was the main part we were worried about, and we were able to get an awesome deal on the Camaro we wanted. If it wasn't for Cody's eagerness and willingness to help us, we probably wouldn't have ended up purchasing the vehicle.
