Roberts was a horrible experience and we were treated so badly! But we were determined to find the right car at the right price so we traveled the extra 30 miles to visit Hendrick's Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. From the minute we walked in the door it was a positive experience! Our salesman, Andre Upshsaw approached us with a HUGE smile on his face, and ready to make a deal! Well, buying a car is just one of those things that takes pretty much an entire day, but Andre was more than willing to spend whatever time he needed to, to make sure we got exactly what we needed! He has this thing he does where he goes and picks a "control" car and once I see that car I can decide if I want more features, or different colors or whatever...Well, he got it SPOT ON with the first car! To say the least I was totally impressed! We ended up negotiating what I thought was a very good deal, and even though Andre and his sales manager Dale (The AMAZINGLY HANDSOME DALE MERCER) tried to pretend like making this deal with me was going to limit their future abilities to buy shoes for their children, they gave me the deal I could live with. It was about as fun of a car buying experience as I had ever had. Andre and Dale kept us laughing from start to finish! At the end of the day, what really matters is Andre worked very hard to make the deal happen, and between Andre's efforts, and Dales humor your dealership has gained a fan for life! We plan to look at a truck for my husband in the future and we will most definitely start our shopping at Hendricks! Plus we have 5 kids...all of car buying age! We will let them all know how great you guys were...and now that you know better than to try to negotiate with me...I'll bring all my kids in when its their time to look for a new vehicle! More

Greg demonstrated exceptional follow-up and information flow unlike the other dealers I was working with. Did not drive out with what we drove in for. Visited the site for a vehicle we had seen on the Hendricks USA site, not realizing that the vehicle was not at this dealership. Exceptional Experience I purchased a 2014 Chevy Captiva. John listened to our concerns/wants and did he very best to answer all our questions. He never pressured us into buying immediately rather encouraged that we should follow our own process of doing things (it was our first stop). Needless to say, we were back that evening sitting with John talking numbers on a car I had stumbled upon. My mother had some health issues at the time and they did an exceptional job adjusting to the circumstances. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, genuine and courteous. After talking with John at length about the car, and more importantly the overall customer service philosophy of the Hendrick dealership group, I felt very comfortable that the condition of the car would be up to my standards. I found EXACTLY the car I was looking for . Actually the sales staff really didn't have to do any selling at all, but they were very helpful and friendly and took care of business promptly. S . We ended up not needing financing from the dealer but they worked very hard and did provide me with a contingency plan on financing. Out of Town Buyer - Great experience with Bradley Keim! I recently had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Hendrick Chevrolet. I live in St. Louis and was having difficulty finding a reasonably I recently had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Hendrick Chevrolet. I live in St. Louis and was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced vehicle with the low mileage and features that I wanted. Further, I wanted to trade-in my current vehicle. After an internet search, I found just the vehicle I wanted at Hendrick in Shawnee Mission KS. I contacted Hendrick on a Tuesday, sent pictures of my trade-in vehicle to them on Wednesday morning. Late Wednesday we agreed on pricing. On Friday morning, my wife and I left St. Louis for Hendrick Chevrolet arriving around noon. We closed the deal with no surprises, no hassles. From start to finish, just 4 days. The Hendrick Team including Brad Keim (our lead sales contact), Chuck Tracy, Sara Beth Hendrick and Rebecca Gabriel went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of. My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years. She is a tough sell but ranked this purchase the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. By 4pm we were on the road back to St. Louis in our shiny (almost) new truck. Five plus stars on a five star scale for this great team and experience. More
