ONLY place I trust for my Corvette - great service team I own a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette. I am also a woman, and sometimes I can feel either intimidated or taken advantage of when it comes to car repair/ser I own a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette. I am also a woman, and sometimes I can feel either intimidated or taken advantage of when it comes to car repair/service. I have used Jason & Matt in service there for the past 5 years. My car is in excellent mechanical condition. A potential buyer wanted Cable Dahmer to check it over, and CD told buyer that the struts were ready to go out, and the tires were too noisy, and brakes needed replacing. CD would have been happy to fix the struts on my 2007 car with 36,000 miles on it for $2,500. WHAT???? I immediately had it taken to Hendrick where Matt/Jason inspected it at NO CHARGE and said nothing needed replacing, and measured the brakes correctly. No issues, no problems. I feel that their service department is honest and ethical, and takes the time to explain and show you what is wrong if there is a problem. Cable Dahmer cost me a potential buyer, who backed out after hearing exaggerated problems with this car. Unethical. But they'd be happy to take my 2,500. Hendrick is a nice dealership, ethical people, I trust this place. Would definitely buy another car from in the future and use service department. These people know Corvettes! And they take good care of me. More

But we were determined to find the right car at the right price so we went Hendrick's Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. From the minute we walked in the door it was a positive experience! Dale’s ability to make people laugh to get them out of the car which totally worked on me. I never write reviews but this dealership deserves 10 stars out of 5. Best customer experience that I have ever had and I have purchased no less than 12 cars in my life. Caleb and Andre were professional and all out rock stars. Caleb had a great warm smile and welcomed my sister and I. Andre handled the paperwork and processing like a CHAMP! He laughed and smiled the whole time. We said that we needed to be out of there on time to pick up our kids and he made sure that we did everything he could to keep things moving smoothly. To say the least I was totally impressed! We ended up negotiating what I thought was a very great deal. Andre and his sales manager Dale gave me a deal I couldn't pass up!! John in finance was rock solid at helping us with our deal ensuring that we were covered and understood everything on our paperwork. Dale and Robert (managers) were very involved in being a part of the experience. Overall this dealership has it all right. Each salesman went above and beyond to make my day and me happy. We were a part of the family not just another buyer. Les M in the delivery area was very informative with my car. He made sure that every feature was easy for me to understand. I am a talker and never once did I feel as though I was wasting their time. We were the priority. This was the easiest time I have ever had with buying a car. You will not go wrong with this dealership. If you want to have a great experience and feel like you are a real person, give them a try. Caleb and Andre are worth it!!!! It was about as fun of a car buying experience as I had ever had. Caleb, Andre, and Dale kept us laughing from start to finish! He made our experience there worth while and we got our dream car, a 2012 Chevy Camero. Once I gave the loaner back, they came back to me saying I damaged the bumper(which I didnt) and then on top of that, the xxxxxxxxx manager threatened to call the police over the whole ordeal. I would not recommend this horrible company for anything. DONT BUY FROM THEM, DONT USE THEIR SERVICE, JUST GO DOWN THE STREET TO FORD, OR TOYOTA, OR EVEN KIA! More

Roberts was a horrible experience and we were treated so badly! But we were determined to find the right car at the right price so we traveled the extra 30 miles to visit Hendrick's Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. From the minute we walked in the door it was a positive experience! Our salesman, Andre Upshsaw approached us with a HUGE smile on his face, and ready to make a deal! Well, buying a car is just one of those things that takes pretty much an entire day, but Andre was more than willing to spend whatever time he needed to, to make sure we got exactly what we needed! He has this thing he does where he goes and picks a "control" car and once I see that car I can decide if I want more features, or different colors or whatever...Well, he got it SPOT ON with the first car! To say the least I was totally impressed! We ended up negotiating what I thought was a very good deal, and even though Andre and his sales manager Dale (The AMAZINGLY HANDSOME DALE MERCER) tried to pretend like making this deal with me was going to limit their future abilities to buy shoes for their children, they gave me the deal I could live with. It was about as fun of a car buying experience as I had ever had. Andre and Dale kept us laughing from start to finish! At the end of the day, what really matters is Andre worked very hard to make the deal happen, and between Andre's efforts, and Dales humor your dealership has gained a fan for life! We plan to look at a truck for my husband in the future and we will most definitely start our shopping at Hendricks! Plus we have 5 kids...all of car buying age! We will let them all know how great you guys were...and now that you know better than to try to negotiate with me...I'll bring all my kids in when its their time to look for a new vehicle! More

Working with Greg, I immediately felt that I had a strong support liaison to educate me on various car options, features, pricing, etc. He was aware that I was exploring other dealer and car options and respected my position. Greg demonstrated exceptional follow-up and information flow unlike the other dealers I was working with. Did not drive out with what we drove in for. Visited the site for a vehicle we had seen on the Hendricks USA site, not realizing that the vehicle was not at this dealership. Exceptional Experience I purchased a 2014 Chevy Captiva. John listened to our concerns/wants and did he very best to answer all our questions. He never pressured us into buying immediately rather encouraged that we should follow our own process of doing things (it was our first stop). Needless to say, we were back that evening sitting with John talking numbers on a car I had stumbled upon. My mother had some health issues at the time and they did an exceptional job adjusting to the circumstances. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, genuine and courteous.
