He was an absolute pl From the moment I walked into the door I had an amazing experience with this dealership. My sales consultant was Mr.Ramsey Penn. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He went out of his way to make sure that I was well informed at all times and was very knowledgeable of the Chevy products. What I can say about myself is that I can be pretty impatient, which didn't phase Mr. Penn at all. I have dealt with other dealerships such as Ford, Dodge, Infinity, BMW and Nissan. None of those dealerships even closely compared with the experience that I had at Hendrick Chevrolet . Also, not one of the salesmen even came close to the great experience that I had with Mr. Ramsey Penn. There are a few other people that I would like to mention that helped in this experience, one would be Rebecca Gabriel the finance manager. She was very knowledgeable and I felt got the best financing rate for the vehicle. Also Clinton "Andre" Upshaw. He was in the desk next to Ramsey's and made me feel at home and answered any questions that I had while Ramsey was out looking for the perfect car. He was an absolute delight. Lastly I'd like to mention Less Moore the delivery coordinator. What a nice gentleman! I had the car for the weekend and thought I had figured most of the details out. Boy did he show me shortcuts on features and explained the vehicle from top to bottom in a very understanding way. I would recommend Hendrick Chevrolet and Mr. Ramsey Penn to all my friends and family, even to people that I met on the street that happened to be in the business of purchasing a vehicle. You won't go wrong here, with the outstanding service all around and the outstanding vehicles they produce. To make it brief, we found the perfect car for her with the help of Andre and Matt. Shawn completed the financial transactions. It was an easy, and actually FUN experience. Sarabeth, the manager, was absolutely terrific. Not only was she kind and professional, but the deal we got was more than fair! What a refreshing experience, especially compared the our previous encounters with other area dealerships. These folks outdid themselves, especially Matt. A little rocky...but, recovered nicely! We purchased a 2015 Tahoe from Hendrick Chevrolet about two months ago. Our sales experience was good... our delivery visit went well... we just had We purchased a 2015 Tahoe from Hendrick Chevrolet about two months ago. Our sales experience was good... our delivery visit went well... we just had a few minor repairs that needed to be made to the vehicle to make it perfect. That's when things started to go south... The repair experience didn't start off so well... We took the vehicle in for the repairs (a couple of paint chips, debris under the bra and some scratches to the roof racks.) A couple of days later, we got the car back and one paint chip repair had been attempted. My husband and I were not too pleased... there were many contributing factors but, mostly we were irritated by the lack of communication between Hendrick employees - no one seemed to know what was to be done and when we picked it up, if the repairs had even been completed... frustrating! To make a long story short, I'll just say we were thankful and fortunate to have Ramsey Penn become our rep. He went out of his way to make sure even the minor details were taken care of and that our vehicle looked great! I"m most impressed by his helpful and positive attitude. He took a difficult situation with an extremely irritated customer and handled it like a professional. He made sure he understood what needed to be done, and he made sure everything was repaired. He also did an excellent good job of communicating. I highly recommend Ramsey! More
