Most painful car buying experience ever. This dealership is horrible. More than anything they wasted huge amounts of time, agreed to a contract, and then cancelled the contract. Stay away I made a car deal over the phone and email with these guys and knowing I was 750 miles away I think they believed if they could get me their they coul I made a car deal over the phone and email with these guys and knowing I was 750 miles away I think they believed if they could get me their they could get more money out of me. The first think the GM tried to do was say my trade in wasn't what he thought and that he needed another $1,500. WRONG!! I try and want to believe that people are honest and trustworthy still but not here. I will never even think about buying another car at a Hendrick Dealership again. And I buy on average probably 1 car per year between personal and work vehicles. Watch your back with these guy is all i can say. More

The finance person was a young former marine and he was great to work with as well, fast and efficient! Really knew what he was doing. My only complaint was with the appraisal of my trade-in. The offer was way to low and then when I looked at the appraisal sheet, they had used the wrong model and a lower package when it was a higher end model and package. They came up on the trade-in value but still not where it should have been. Of course, that is my problem for accepting the offer. All in all, I would use them again and Misty Shelly is a 5 star sales person!! More
