First time bringing any of my cars to Hendrick Chevrolet Shawnee Mission. Bought a new vehicle last Sept. Was suppose to receive a military discount through Chevy. Hendrick kept it to theirselves. Also tried to mark up my interest rate by over 2%. This dealership is a poor location to do any kind of business. First they offer a high trade in and then pull back and offer a low ball offer. On top of offering $33K for a vehicle and then went up to $35K and tried to increase the price again while still trying to rip me off on a trade in. Don't do business here!!!!!! I had a very quick and easy experience working with Bob Stewart at Hendricks Chevrolet. I had a newer trade in, and needed the value of that car to be at a certain place before I was able to purchase the n Stewart at Hendricks Chevrolet. I had a newer trade in, and needed the value of that car to be at a certain place before I was able to purchase the new car. It only took about ten minutes for them to meet me where I was at. They also let me test the car overnight, because I wasn’t quite ready to sign that day. These two moves convinced me that I wanted to do business with them. I didn’t feel pressured or icky, just grateful it was easy and simple. Thank you Bob, for your professionalism and helpfulness. I will recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. Bought an 18 traverse from them back in 18. Have had nothing but problems with it. Got into a wreck this summer from someone rear ending us and the collision center was ho from them back in 18. Have had nothing but problems with it. Got into a wreck this summer from someone rear ending us and the collision center was horrible at contacting their customer about anything going on with it, not to mention, here I am 4 months later still with problems from the wreck and got told that if we brought it back, and it wasn’t from the wreck, we’d be charged a diagnostic fee and rental fee for the car. First off. The traverse fits our family of 6. 6. They have put us in small loaners from having issues with the transmission and then get told they only have a loaner to fit 5. I’m sorry but when you buy a 40,000 vehicle, you should get a vehicle like wise as a loaner. Then got told we’d have to deal with enterprise for a bigger one. When we dealt with them for the loaner from the wreck, they tried to put us in a dirty xxx vehicle that smelled straight like cat xxxx. I’ve had nothing but problems with the transmission since we’ve purchased the vehicle and the service department is a joke. Have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We actually just paid off our vehicle and thought about trading it in but I think I will be taking and trading the piece of crap in to another reputable and great customer service dealership as opposed to Hendrick’s Chevrolet. You guys also didn’t care too much about my mother-in-law when she was there to. I don’t get companies. You get too big and think you can treat customers poorly. It’s a shame. Hendrick’s is off the list for family and friends to ever buy a car from! It’s all good reviews when you first go purchase a vehicle. Then, they just stop caring about their customers. Also find it funny on the less rated reviews, you say “please reach out to nick”. Funny. If you have actual customers, then you should reach out to them to make things right. Not the other way around! You guys are something else. Hmmm. Wonder what dealership I’m gonna go buy another 40,000 from. Not you guys. Also, here’s an update after we gave them another chance to fix their xxxx up. I also got told by Mr. Nick Tremonti that he agreed with me when it came to not having to deal with Enterprise and that he would find us a big loaner for our family of 6 and then just happened to be on vacation when he scheduled us to come in and had us deal with this Amanda chic who was horrible at customer service anyways and then get told “oh we don’t have anything in our fleet to accommodate your family.” They are the worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from and I’ve even bought from little dinky car dealerships before. People, go spend your money on a car somewhere else where you will be cared for as a customer and some place that is accommodating for the type of vehicle you buy from them! Spend 40,000 and get treated this way and it’s still under warranty. Has only 20,000 for being an 18 and not even having it 3 years yet. Think I’ll go trade it in at a dealership that deserves our money and values their customers. More
