On Labor Day 2012 I stopped by the Hendrick Durham Auto Mall to see the 2013 Chevy Volt. The sales person, Pandu Dillard, greeted us and explained about the Volt and functionalities. We ordered the car that day and delivered by Pandu two days later. What a service! We are very impressed by Pandu’s professionalism and try to help customers as much as he can. He went to talk to the manager 3 or 4 times to get some discount for us. He is clearly working for the customer’s interest which is really good quality for the sales person.
