As a new Addition to the Durham Auto Mall, Rhonda Fleming brings many years of customer service with her and therefore, ensures the buying experience is something one need not get twisted up in a bunch, as a result of what used to be the battle that occurred between dealer and buyer. Doug Harbison (VP & General Manager) is no doubt an individual that knows how to pull the trigger to close a deal without any hassles, most importantly, he does so with such a humbleness that has one thinking, this is the place to visit for all my automobile needs. Me being a first time buyer, I have to say that i was extremely nervous. We had planned to visit the local Ford dealership since we are very long time Ford customers. However I had seen a magazine ad on the Buick Encore and had also looked at it's rating online. I decided to look at it first and then vist the Ford dealership. I was so impressed with the Encore and the Hendrick dealership that I did a lease/purchase onsite and never looked any further. My sales person, Tim, was great and I later told my husband that even though we have purchased at least 20 new cars over the past 40 years, I had the best "new car orientation" from Tim that I have ever had. No high pressure tatics. It felt like Joe genuinely wanted to make sure I found just the car that would make me happy. I am sure my answers to Joe's question were often vague, because I was not set on any particular model. Joe's patience in leading me through my options was fantastic. I recently went to the dealership to get a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up i was missing my caps to the valve steams, no oil change sticker, and my car was not reset. I have change and tire rotation. When I picked my car up i was missing my caps to the valve steams, no oil change sticker, and my car was not reset. I have visited this location several times, and all but one time i have bad experiences. I don't feel like the employees pay attention to detail, and they are more concerned with turnaround, as evident of the quality of work i receive when I pick up my car. I love Chevy all three of my cars are Chevy, this dealership gives Chevy a bad name. More
