For a $200 charge the application of the protective coating should have been applied with more care. More

They are very professional and accommodating to customers' needs, with a low pressure approach. My sales person (Matt) mentioned training and conventions Hendrick has sent him on to learn about the latest technology and safety of GM's vehicles. This is great to hear as a buyer who wants their sales person to be knowledgeable about the vehicles he's selling. They are also very tech-savvy and are great at communicating through all channels (email, phone, text, web browser). This creates a sales process that the Millennial Generation responds well to, since they communicate through all channels. It was easy to negotiate and didn't feel hostile. Both parties felt like a good deal was made. I will continue to buy from this dealership location as long as they keep up the great work and quality sales team!! Highly recommended. More

Tiny gave us all of our options and found us the best discounts that made it possible for us to get a vehicle beyond our expectations and within our budget! The personal service and attention to detail influenced our decison to purchase the Traverse and not a similar SUV from another dealership. Our car buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. From the signing of the finance options to the selection of the warranty package that would best suit our needs, we felt comfortable. Salesman Brian Wilson responded to our internet Truecar app request via phone and we arranged to meet that afternoon to look and consider a 2015 Buick Salesman Brian Wilson responded to our internet Truecar app request via phone and we arranged to meet that afternoon to look and consider a 2015 Buick Encore. Brian is a true gentleman, intelligent, mature, experienced gand knows his vehicles. A great sense of humor as well. We first considered the Encore Leather trim, but the Premiere trim suited us better as seniors with more safety features and several other "bells and whistles." We looked at several color choices, determined our interior colors and made our final choice after a test drive on the Interstate and back roads. We were very impressed! We had a trade-in and were pleased with the final figures, having receiving after only one go-round what we wanted for our trade. The sales manager determined the final cost without pressure. Next, we met the finance manager, Eric Duncan. He's another fine gentleman, bright, suave and no high pressure on potential car care options. We paid cash the next day via our high limit credit card that gives us another 1% off the final amount due. He had us review all forms required in a timely manner. The next day we inspected the vehicle after detailing the night before and met with Brian Wilson again. He spent 1.5 hours or more going over all aspects of the dash, which is very sophisticated, in the long run, user friendly. He knew exactly what each control did and thoroughly taught us how to operate the Navigation system, OnStar, Bluetooth, etc., etc.! Answered all our questions in a friendly, calm manner with occasional touches of humor. The Encore was backed inside to the Hendrick client inspection area and this final review/learning session. Very classy, handsome and highly impressive dealership! We've never before had a new car buying experience that matches this for customer service, concerns, special requests, etc., etc. We HIGHLY recommend a Hendrick In Durham and In particular salesman, Brian Wilson, as well as finance manager Eric Duncan. Terrific, highly pleasing overall buying and learning experience. More
