However, the vehicle was still under warranty and I had no choice. Once there it was apparent that I would need to purchase a new vehicle. Jerome Johnson was able to alleviate the anxiety of dealing with this business, change my perceptions based on past experience, and make me a customer for life. Jerome was attentive, professional, and courteous; he was able to answer my multitude of questions, and if he did not know the answer was prompting in researching the question, contacting the appropriate staff and finding me an answer. Purchase of 2015 GMC SLT-2 Terrain Everyone was courteous and friendly. Helped with my questions and help me understand the features of the vehicle which were many. I wanted the Denali model of the Terrain and wanted a black one and they worked hard to find one, but were unable to. the SLT-2 I ended up with was a great 2nd choice and really very happy with it and feel that I get almost all of the features that you get with the Denali. The main difference was the interior, but I found the interior of the SLT to be great. More

Execptional Customer Service! I visited the dealership after receiving an email about a possible upgrade. From first contact to final visit Jerome was very attentive and hands on w I visited the dealership after receiving an email about a possible upgrade. From first contact to final visit Jerome was very attentive and hands on with making sure my experience was an enjoyable one. He contacted me to confirm our appointment and though I did not qualify for the upgrade he gifted me with a free oil change. He took his time explaining why I did not qualify for the upgrade and he also assisted in setting the appointment for the oil change. He is definitely an asset to your team! More

I have sent friends here, my sister ( Kori & Chris Simmons) who had the Kia that was caught in the wild fire in California on the way to Hawaii there stationed military base to buy a Traverse, unfortunately Jerome was not available that day so they had a different salesperson, but they were extremely happy with their serve here too. Most recently I sent my oldest son Tyler Vowell-Jackson up here to Jerome Johnson & Jerome was able to get him into the car he has been wanting ( a Veloster).
