Worst dealer experience I have ever had. I made an appointment Monday to test drive the vehicle on Thursday. I called on the way Thursday to confirm. I arrived the salesman said “I apologize the GM’s appointment Monday to test drive the vehicle on Thursday. I called on the way Thursday to confirm. I arrived the salesman said “I apologize the GM’s wife is driving that vehicle until it is sold. This is not how we operate and apologize. If you would like to do the paperwork to purchase the vehicle we can drive it to you.” What!? Unbelievable and unprofessional. I came to the dealership with the green light from my husband to buy the vehicle if I liked it. 100% unprofessional dealership and would steer clear! More

I bought a brand new blazer from the Chevrolet in 2019. We were sold a lifetime maintenance package where we get free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. We agreed to this because of how much we travel during the holidays. We were told we could go to ANY Chevy or even Hendricks service center for our car. Today we finally had to go to another service center than our usually because appointments were book until the 9th. We went to the capital blvd location and was told that they don’t honor that package. They charged us $87 for an oil change. What???? We could have went to a jiffy lube down the street and paid a lot less. We drove out here to make sure we could use our oil deal and to keep loyal to the dealership. She then told us we’re lucky that was it, it would have been more the further out we drive which don’t make any sense. I don’t know which location lied to us, the south point location when they sold us this package because the whole point was we could use this offer in ANOTHER state, but the capital blvd location said they are too far for us to use this? Or that they don’t honor at all. I’m sure but this will be the last time I deal with Chevy. The customer service at the south point location is always amazing and it really sucks that this other location ruined this whole experience. The customer service doesn’t overshadow the fact we were told one thing and had to spend more money. I feel ripped off and tricked into spending hundreds more than what I needed. Update a month later and still no results. Guess Chevy just lies to get you to buy a package and takes your money and run. DONT BUY THE OIL PACKAGE. It’s way cheaper and no hidden fees and lies. UPDATE UPDATE: talked to someone two days ago that was going to get someone to call me back same day. Well it’s Friday. All they do is hire lying, untrustworthy individuals. I was advised that since the employee that lied to me about my package wasn’t there anymore that there’s nothing they can do. xxxxxxxx. I will for we tell people I know to ADVOID this place and location all together unless they like getting robbed blind and lied to. This has been reports to the BBB and FTC. More
