The service team was easy to work with, my 2022 Silverado had its fist service visit and I was short on time but they got me in and out with out any issues. If this were the only dealer in the state that could service my car, I would be driving out of state without a doubt. I just don’t think people understand simple and proper communication. I shouldn’t have to call a million times leaving unanswered voicemails, just to hear that the car is not finished when it suppose to. Some of the advisors seem to have more work than they can handle, and if that’s the case they should hire more advisors. Car suppose to be done at 9am I’m there at 830 am.. I was told it will be done by 3-4pm and to be expecting a call. Of course, I never received one. Ironically at the time of close (6pm), I finally get through to my advisor after calling 5+ times 1-2 hours beforehand; only for him to say the part is not in, and it will be done sometime following day. (Even though I went to parts department and was told the part was in before checking in with my advisor) so I’m not understanding what’s going on. Just don’t go here. Chevy in auto park Cary take care of me Everytime. I only came here because I bought the car from here and was close distance from work thinking it’ll work to my convenience. Thankful for this experience as I will be at the other dealer for service no matter how long it takes, at least they’re thorough and prompt with communicating. And that’s all the difference needed. I usually get exceptional service from Hendrick Buick GMC, however, today was extremely unpleasant. On August 30th around 0820 or 0830, I dropped my car off to get front struts installed. Went back in GMC, however, today was extremely unpleasant. On August 30th around 0820 or 0830, I dropped my car off to get front struts installed. Went back in the afternoon to get the car and was told that it wasn't ready, and I'd have to come and pick up the car the next day, August 31st. The next day (August 31st), I was told that they didn't have the parts to do the job. The parts would be delivered on Sept 6th (Tuesday) and the work could be done on that day. My dilemma was this: If the parts weren't available on Aug 30th, why keep my car? My car was just parked for two days, and, of course no work was done. I've had my brakes replaced, fuel filters replaced, complete 100,000 mile tune-up done, oil changes. I just couldn't understand what happened concerning the struts? I understand problems with supply and demand, however, I thought at least someone would have ordered the parts ahead of time for the job. I scheduled the appointment for the struts job on August 22nd. One thing I've learned through this process, always work with the Buick customer service reps. Shout out to them for their honesty, patience, and try to answer your questions to the best of their ability. The individual that I was dealing with concerning the strut job was the cadillac representative. This will not happen again. He lied about keeping the car until the next day because the work wasn't completed, when in actually, nothing could be done because the parts weren't at the dealership. Now, I'm a little skeptical about bring my car to the dealership for service. Will definitely have to do some soul searching. More

Jasmine at Hendrick Southpoint in Durham gave us outstanding service from the moment we walked in! She not only handled our car issue but got us a rental reservation AND a Lyft to the rental!
