I was a walk-in customer, I did not call ahead and give a list of vehicles I wanted to look at, but Jen was able to answer all my questions. We looked at multiple vehicles, she knew the features of each individual trim level or each of the vehicles. She was able to discuss current trim packages and what was next level up to make sure I was looking at the vehicle we wanted per our request. On subsequent follow-ups, 10 phones calls, she was able to answer any and all of my questions. And to note, have the patience with me, I am somewhat of a pain with my tedious questions. Awesome job! Oh BTW, I went to a total of 5 different dealers in the car purchase process, only Westgate Jeep and Hendrick C/B/G/C Southpoint had sale people that had this level of knowledge.
