Was about to fly out of town to pick up a vehicle I had been eying when I came across a similar one here at Hendrick Southpoint. From Cesar, my incredible and knowledgeable salesperson to Michael the sales manager who was very personable, approachable and eager to help in every facet of the deal and then there is Abdul in finance that did a wonderful job explaining the process and offered many options to care for the vehicle after purchase. Overall I am really thankful I decided to stop in and check out a car that had before flying out of town. They were very respectful, open, honest and eager to earn my business. These things are truly hard to come by in the society we live in. These folks were the absolute reason I chose to ultimately do business with this dealership!
