Incompetent and refusal to admit mistake. They cost me $3000. Hendrick put the wrong oil in my car (too thin). It started consuming oil. They refused to compensate me. The only remedy off They cost me $3000. Hendrick put the wrong oil in my car (too thin). It started consuming oil. They refused to compensate me. The only remedy offered was I drive 800 miles back to the dealership (I live out of state) every few months so they could check the oil level. I had no choice but to sell the car and buy something else so I could complete an emergency long distance drive. Hendrick corporate was no help. Immoral, incompetent dealers in my view. More
