I am from out of the area and was staying about 30 min away. Got a flat tire, and called them. They were amazing, they hustled and got the tire in stock later that same day, and were able to squeeze me in away. Got a flat tire, and called them. Everybody was polite and courteous and they even provided snacks in the waiting room, which was great since my hotel didnt have breakfast. I actually visited the Dealership 2 times looking at a 740i (M Package). Unfortunately, they didn't have the color scheme I desired but the commitment to giving you a "Best in Class" experience will not 740i (M Package). Unfortunately, they didn't have the color scheme I desired but the commitment to giving you a "Best in Class" experience will not be outdone. My Salesperson's were Melissa Felder & Christen Odom. I can say they both listened to understand versus trying to sell a vehicle. There were things about the 7 series I learned on my test drive, and they clearly steered me to the 740i vs. 750i. The test drive was about feeling the car and fielding questions. They were both pleasant and personable and talked to me as if I was a welcomed neighbor settling in. I Highly recommend them!!!! I got an email follow up, and I will be telling my folks that Hendrick BMW South Charlotte is worth the stop. I have to mention Kayla (who is 23 like my daughter), I would call her the 'Director of First Impressions'. Great Dealership. Ask for Mellissa or Christen by name! More

I purchased a pre-owned 2016 BMW from this dealership last week and the whole process was a great experience. I have dealt with several dealerships in the Charlotte region over the last years and this on last week and the whole process was a great experience. I have dealt with several dealerships in the Charlotte region over the last years and this one clearly exceeded my expectation. My Client Advisor Danielle Mondo was very professional and worked hard to get everything right for me. I took my time to inspect the car and had lots of questions which she answered patiently. She pulled up maintenance records and details about the installed option in the car. Everything about the car and its condition was made as transparent as possible. During the first test drive I noticed an unusual noise in the back of the car. She did not hesitate to get into the back seat and work with me during two more test drives to locate where the noise came from. After returning to the dealership Danielle took me to their service center and helped me describe the noise. Their technician later identified the cause to be a loose cable from the handbrake under the car and fixed it. The explanation made perfect sense and during the next test drive the car performed flawless. Danielle was never pushy during the whole process and made absolutely sure that I was comfortable about buying the car. Ready to make a deal, their Sales Manager Ryan Armstrong got involved; a great guy to work with. During negotiations about the price and my trade-in he was transparent about his possibilities and always very respectful. Considering the current used car market, I am convinced I bought the BMW at a fair price and got top dollar for my trade-in. Ryan also covered the administrative part of the purchase. He was very organized and explained everything well, and we finished all paperwork in record time. Danielle and Ryan could not have done anything better - a truly premium purchase experience! More
