After spend many days shopping for a vehicle, different makes and models, and having many dealerships competing for my business, I decided to visit Hendrick Acura. Jeffrey Austin was the Sales Consultant t makes and models, and having many dealerships competing for my business, I decided to visit Hendrick Acura. Jeffrey Austin was the Sales Consultant that helped me lease a showroom model TLX A-Spec. This vehicle was more expensive than any other one that I have been looking at but the help of the Sale Manager Nick Pollicino, we were able to make a great deal on an amazing car and my wife and I could not be happier. The process was smooth and took less than 4 hour from entering the dealership and driving out with my new TLX. I highly recommend buying an Acura, Hendrick Auto and most of all Jeffrey Austin. More

We had a Great experience with Jim. We recently owned a 2022 Acura MDX and was in an accident in which the car was totaled. We wanted the same model with the same interior but a differe We recently owned a 2022 Acura MDX and was in an accident in which the car was totaled. We wanted the same model with the same interior but a different exterior color. The dealership didn't have the model with the color but Jim stayed on top of things and his team was able to do a locator on the vehicle we wanted. Eventually, a vehicle was located and shipped to the dealership. Jim made the whole process comfortable and was very professional with communicating with Us via text, phone calls, and emails.
