We had a Great experience with Jim. We recently owned a 2022 Acura MDX and was in an accident in which the car was totaled. The dealership didn't have the model with the color but Jim stayed on top of things and his team was able to do a locator on the vehicle we wanted. Eventually, a vehicle was located and shipped to the dealership. Jim made the whole process comfortable and was very professional with communicating with Us via text, phone calls, and emails.
