If only I could give zero star I would. Terrible experience. Sometimes I ask myself” how stupid do some people think I am? Giving people room for improvements doesn’t qualify you as being stupid, it experience. Sometimes I ask myself” how stupid do some people think I am? Giving people room for improvements doesn’t qualify you as being stupid, it simply means you are behaving intelligently and maturely! I bought my car from these people, and 90% of the time I have taken it for service to them. Lately, this is like the 3rd time they have lied to me. Some Acura workers have Zero integrity!!!! I just spent a lot of money to repair my car and they lied to me that they did everything, meanwhile they didn’t. I hate lies with all my heart and soul! If I’m giving my money to you, you ought to TREAT ME RIGHT AND DO THE RIGHT THING. I will never recommend anybody to either buy a car or take your car for service to this particular Acura dealership. More
We came in to look at Acura because we needed a new car and we were shopping around. We came to Hendrick Acura because our daughter has a Honda Civic and we all really like that car. We wanted to see what the upgraded version of Honda was like. Our salesman was Dumitru Moisei. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We test drove the 2017 Acura MDX .We liked the feel of the car and all the technology that is in it. We decided to buy it. When the car came in Dumitru spent several hours with us to make sure we knew how to operate all the features of the car and answer all of our questions. In the last week since we picked the car up, Dumitru has called us several times to see if we have any questions or are having any difficulties figuring out all the technical aspects of the car. So far - so good. We are really enjoying the car. More

I must say Hendrick Acura is a supurb dealership. I speak from extreme experience with 28 years in the auto parts business. We purchased a CPO 2017 MDX Advance AWD from Hendrick in November of 2019. The car had to be brought in to the shop 2 days after buying it (and Paying over $40k for it) because the lane keep assist and road November of 2019. The car had to be brought in to the shop 2 days after buying it (and Paying over $40k for it) because the lane keep assist and road mitigation departure warnings were going off randomly. This was the first of TEN (10) visits to the service department in 11 months. Got Acura Corporate involved as this car should have been a lemon. We find out through that process that these problems were first reported by the original owner when the car had only 3k miles on it. All the service history available through Acura yet somehow they sold me this car that has been known to have issues, as a CPO. It left my pregnant wife stranded twice. Vehicle totally dead in the middle of Independence. I plead with the dealer to get us out of this car and into something else. They treated us like crap. We are so disappointed that after they stuck us with a lemon, knew of these issues since day one and after a year they offered me $20k less than what I paid for it. Pretty much told me sucks for you. Even after my salesman, Mark Mahshie promised me that they would work with us as he agreed this was a terrible experience. We got nothing but empty promises. A swift kick in the behind and out the door we went. I expected more from a Hendrick Dealership and I certainly expected more from Acura. More
