I purchased a 2021 Honda CRV Touring from Hendrick Acura. I found the vehicle on Autotrader. The salesperson, JB Tillery, was very helpful and patient with us. We wanted to be certain that the cargo hold was I found the vehicle on Autotrader. The salesperson, JB Tillery, was very helpful and patient with us. We wanted to be certain that the cargo hold was the right size for our stuff . . . including my husband's wheelchair. JB was happy to accommodate us by arranging suitcases, a cooler, and the wheelchair. There was no "hard sell". I could not have asked for a smoother process. More
I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. It started well but there was a service recall on my used Dodge, which I purchased at this location. The dealership’s sales manager advised received. It started well but there was a service recall on my used Dodge, which I purchased at this location. The dealership’s sales manager advised that they had to do some work before I could pick up the car. I started having trouble right away and thankfully I bought the extended warranty. First the air conditioning was too full and they had to drain it then do the work correctly so my a/c would work properly. Then I brought it back because the car was making an odd humming noise plus the transmission shifts loudly. I was driving in traffic while out of state and the car cut off several times causing me and my family to have to stop every 45 minutes or so for the car to cool off and allow me to drive again. Finally back in town and now they’ve told me to get a service appointment with their Dodge dealership but no time slots available and no loaners either for another 2 weeks. I’m really disappointed about how I’m being sent to a dealership in their network and this dealership location is not showing any concern or taking any responsibility. At least they could have been customer service oriented and helped me get squeezed in with a loaner this week. Typically shady car dealing. Get the car going just enough and have great customer service until the sale. Then customer service disappears once they have your money. I basically paid cash and now they don’t have the decency to make good on their promise of fixing anything that goes wrong within 90 days. It’s only two months. Horrible experience. More
