If i could recommend a dealership to buy a car with in the Charlotte area, it would hands down be this Acura Dealership. We came in to test drive the Acura MDX Type S in June 2024 and the sales person to the Charlotte area, it would hands down be this Acura Dealership. We came in to test drive the Acura MDX Type S in June 2024 and the sales person took us for a test drive in the the Acura MDX and put it into sport mode to get a feel for how the Type S would drive. At no time during the whole experience did we feel pressured by the sales person. We figured out when we wanted to actually purchase the car and worked with Jaren (Jay) Bamberg to get the process started. We officially put the order in for the Type S in November 2024 and received constant updates from Jay to let us know about the process and even gave us preliminary trade-in value of the car we were trading in. Jay was so patient with all of our questions, concerns and updates that we wanted to make sure we were as prepared as we could be for when the car actually was coming in. We just went in last Friday to pick up the car and the whole experience was relaxed. We never felt pressured to purchase additional packages that we were not interested in or items we did not want throughout the whole experience which will make us want to come back in to buy a car with him. It was straightforward from the beginning. We hope to work with Jay and the team at Hendrik Acura in the future. More
