The ultimate satisfaction was receiving the car and no longer feeling the transmission jarg as we accelerated. Scott was professional and patient with me as I am very familiar with transmissions and oil’s and was not going to get the triple flush as I thought it would not circulate the complete transmission. The process explained was sufficient and validated our future Acura needs would go to Hendrick Acura and not return to Acura Cary as they were arrogant at our last service call.
