I had the day from xxxx at this dealership.I contacted them and made an appt to buy a new car and as long as I was going to be there, I had my oil changed. I was there for 3 hours and couldn't wait to lea them and made an appt to buy a new car and as long as I was going to be there, I had my oil changed. I was there for 3 hours and couldn't wait to leave. As soon as I got out, the sales force descended on me like vultures. Lenny was assigned to me by Nicole who I had spoken with earlier. He was very young and dressed in a suit. The other salesmen looked like they were going to a football game. When Lenny took my driver's license so I could test drive a car, he forgot to give it back to me and I forgot to ask for it as we looked at cars. Later that day when I went to vote, I realized this. I called Lenny and he said he gets off at 5 and would bring it to my house. At 6 Lenny called and said he couldn't bring my license, he had to pick up his kids. He left it with the receptionist. I drove back to the dealership and again was overcome with the vultures. It takes me 25 minutes to get to this Henderson dealer from Sunrise Mt. I was not happy. In addition to this mix up, I discovered that the $4 in quarters in my front cup of the car was all but gone. Only 3 quarters were left! the service dept said on my service sheet that I needed new windshield wipers. Strange, they were brand new in July and worked great. They pointed out when I first arrived that I had 2 nails in my left front tire and the front tires were beginning to show dry rot but they checked them off marking the green box on the service sheet. My left brake light was out but they missed that. Lucky for me the tire place replaced the bulb for free. Never will I set foot on the lot at Henderson Hyundai. I ended up at Planet Hyundai a few days later and bought a new car there. Big difference between these two dealerships. More
Henderson Hyundai cares nothing about customers, and only wants to sell cars even when they have defects. I bought a new Hyunda, and problems with sales and customer service included: (1)Internet sales manag wants to sell cars even when they have defects. I bought a new Hyunda, and problems with sales and customer service included: (1)Internet sales manager promised me online discounts but they did not appear on sales contract (old bait and switch routime here is worst anywhere); (2) Business manager made errors in paperwork, so had to wait nearly two hours on another date when picking up the car for him to redo the paperwork; (3) upon purchase, salesperson failed to give to me or place on car the temporary tag plackard that allows one 30 days to get tags, upon return to the dealership on another day a different salesperson told me before entering the door to their dingy showroom that I did not have a plackard and could not drive the car without one, this was the dealerships fault as usual; (4) when driving off the told salesperson the steering wheen ws off centered to the right and he said just bring the car back another day, it is still off to the right and neither corporate nore the dealership would do anything about it, very unethical and dishonest (5) resently tried scheduling oil chang appointmnet and to lok at small paint defect under warranty using their online service scheduling form, they are supposed to respond in one business day to confirm suggested appointment date and time but did not respond after nearly three weeks, I used this form because on another day wasted $100 in cell phone bills trying to communicate to GM about other problems but he never returned my calls, they just play games; GM refuses to ever service or do warranty requirements on my car, saying he has the power to do so, he was upset because I complained about the problems I had in scheduling a service appointment, never reporse or apologies from thjis dealership, they think they are god and can treat customers like trash. For those in the market for a new or used car, think seriously about whether you want to purchase from a dealership that is ethical, honest and cares about its customers, or whether you want to deal with Henderson Hyundai with their lack of professionalism, unethical behaviorsm dishonesty and downright lies, and errors with customer service at every tuen. This has been the worst customer servic experience of my life and i intent to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and the NTSB regarding steeering prblmes fresh off the lot, Never buy from Henderson Hyundai unless you want to waste days of your precious time with lies and misrepresentations from many of their staff. No customer focus. More
I have purchased many automobiles, new and used, in my 70 years and all Americans understand the auto purchase negotiations are a game of "Chicken." If the buyer is not wholly prepared with knowledge of years and all Americans understand the auto purchase negotiations are a game of "Chicken." If the buyer is not wholly prepared with knowledge of how dealership sales people team-up on a customer with distractions and mis-information, the buyer is mere shark bait. Every direction and request of and by the buyer must be checked and double checked for accuracy on any final papers, and nothing should be signed (even a scrap of paper with a small note on it) until every word and number is understood and in compliance with your requests and needs. This dealership and its sales staff are dishonest, unethical, arrogant, sloppy in appearance, complete, rude, nasty strangers if you return with a complaint or a problem. DO NOT BUY FROM HENDERSON HYUNDAI. More
I did an on-line price quote request for a 2011 Hyundai Sonata to multiple dealers and internet Manager Vernon Lytle called within a half hour. We went down for a test drive that day. Vernon immediate Sonata to multiple dealers and internet Manager Vernon Lytle called within a half hour. We went down for a test drive that day. Vernon immediately pawned us off on Chuck Aftwood, which I did not appreciate, as I was there to deal with the internet manager. We were VERY motivated buyers. We went with Chuck for a short test drive and got out to look under the hood and in the trunk. Imagine my surprise when Chuck started smoking, despite the presence of my wife and our 5-yr old son. At least he didn't light up in the car, I suppose! Back at the dealership, we were then presented with a sales agreement for the last 2011 Sonata on the lot in the wrong model and the wrong color. When I said, I want such and such, we were told that Hyundai does not accept pre-orders...that they would call us IF EVER the car we wanted should show up??? "No pressure" though. Please... I still wanted a quote and Edmunds.com recommended no money down on a lease. Chuck argued with me that you MUST put money down. Off he went to the finance people and came back to say, "oh, you're right, you don't have to put any money down." I asked if they had any booklets on the Sonata. No. Within the week, we pre-ordered a specific VIN # and received the exact model, trim, and color we wanted from Planet Hyundai...but if it hadn't been for the excellent service from Bob Stewart at this second dealership, we likely would have bought a Honda Accord based on our horrible experience at Henderson Hyundai Superstore. Seriously, when a prospective client walks in and says I want Model A, Trim B, in color C and they say...all we will sell you is Model D, Trim E, and color F...well, they fully deserve this rating. ONE BIG SCAM. There was a newspaper ad advertising a $5000 rebate in Feb. for a new Hyundai. When I went down to their dealership I seen that all the new cars had been marked up $5000 from the actual MS $5000 rebate in Feb. for a new Hyundai. When I went down to their dealership I seen that all the new cars had been marked up $5000 from the actual MSRP, which meant that your savings amounted to ZERO. This is a BAIT & SWITCH operation if I ever seen one. More
I took my Tiburon in for basic service. Though it has less than 13,000 miles on it, I was told it needed a new clutch disc and cover, new drive belts, brake and clutch flush and hvac work for $1,678.99! less than 13,000 miles on it, I was told it needed a new clutch disc and cover, new drive belts, brake and clutch flush and hvac work for $1,678.99! When I expressed surprise the "service advisor" said "That's what you get when you buy a used car. Where'd you get it?" "From here", I replied. Anyway, I took the car to another place for an estimate and received a complete bill of health for $0 dollars! I left a message for the Service Manager at the dealership and received a call from the Assistant Manager. He admitted that the work had not been properly presented and said in future, he'd take care of me himself and called me "sweetheart"!. Whoa! What kind of condescension is that! I cannot recall the last time I was called an endearment when making a consumer complaint! I told him and I'm telling you, this felt very definitely like a scam or fraud attempt. Buyer beware when you take your car for service with this dealer! And I will NOT be buying another car from them. More

I called regarding my 5 speed manual Elantra and was told that the repairs would be all under warranty so I made an appointment. Drooped off my car and was called later to be told that the repairs would cos that the repairs would be all under warranty so I made an appointment. Drooped off my car and was called later to be told that the repairs would cost $999 'out the door including labor'. Purrfect Auto on N Valle Verde did the work for half the price and did a great job too. They showed me the clutch and it had been tampered with. They thought I had done it but only person under my car was Henderson Hyundai. Of course they deny tampering with my clutch but who else would've done it? I like Hyundai's and this dealership is close by. I had considered going here for my next vehicle but after the way I was treated, handled and taken advantage of I would never go back. I should have read the reviews first but always like to give people benefit of the doubt first. I will never return to Henderson Hyundai and neither should you!!! More
I was raised by a car salesman so I know how it is but, this guy who is in Finance was the worst person I have ever dealt with in a car dealership at all. Originally my brother was going to help our father this guy who is in Finance was the worst person I have ever dealt with in a car dealership at all. Originally my brother was going to help our father get a car and put it in his name. When he didn't get approved the finance guy asked if there was anyone that could co-sign. So I agreed to let them run my credit. Then they told us what a great deal they could get with us both on it and we agreed. Now previously my brother had already signed all the paperwork so when we went in together we thought that we would both have to sign all the new papers. Well they had me sign everything and we asked him what my brother had to sign and he claimed it was nothing because he already signed the other stuff and they would put it all together. Well come to find out the loan is in my name only and my brother has nothing to do with it. I have NEVER met a bigger liar in my life and he was just so arrogant to top it all off. Do no go here EVER! More

Just about every seal in our car has had to be done at least once, some 4 and 5 times. I have had my motor mounts replaced all the belts had to be replaced. I am always at there shop I know the "ride home" driver by his first name. This is sad. And Hyundai Corp, they want nothing to do with it! Some fuse shorted out my battery and radio and I had to pay for everything! How do they stay in business? More
