I bought the car that day and I feel that I got a great price with no sales pressure. The dealership is in the process of remodeling and it will be truely outstanding in every way when the construction is completed. I have to say this was by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a new car. I used a buying program through USAA and dealt with the Alan Moceo via email and phone calls leading up to the purchase. I had purchasing a new car. I was greated by Chuck Atwood (The friendliest Cowboy in town) and immediately sat down and started my papework. Total time spent at the dealership was 45 minutes! I never felt pressured, my family and I were treated great. These are someome of the friendliest people around. I have lived in Las vegas and have dealt with car dealers on 3 occasions and never had an experience as good as this. One important thing to take note of is that you won't find the mysterious dealer addd-ons that most dealers use to mark up the vehicle here in the Valley. I was shown the vehicle invoice and suggested retail pricing and I paid exactally what was negotiated. Even when it came to the upsells prior to signing the paperwork I was treated with respect. I wasn't lectured on these like most dealers and actually had to ask about the extended warranty that I was interested in. I have already recommended Henderson Hyundai to everbody I can and will definitley be going back when it is time to buy again! More

Horrible experience. Lies after lies after lies. They lied about the interest rate, about the pricing, about the cash back, about the service cost, about everything. Do not buy here. It will be the worst car buying experience you have ever had. I'm surprised Hyundai has not pulled their dealership yet. Hopefully they will soon, these people do nothing but tarnish a quality auto brand. I am still dealing with problems a year later and their new solution is to pretend I never bought a car from them, even when I show them the purchase agreement and stock number. It quite sad how unprofessional a dealership can be and stay in business. More

He showed me several models of the Senata that I was interested in seeing and fully explained the particulars of each car , took me for a test drive, and then helped me with the sale. He attended to my needs and made sure I was comfortable and understood the entire process. The complimentry dinner was a surprise! I submitted an E-mail request for more information about an Elantra that was in their inventory. He introduced us to Nicole and while Ty showed the car that we were interested in she visited with my wife. Ty was very knowlegeable about the car and explained all the features and anwsered my questions. After making the deal we had the pleasure of meeting Mark the Money Man. Again, very knowledgeable professional that knows his business. He was very helpful and explained all the paperwork and warrants in great detail. Overall it was one of the best experiences that I've had a car dealership. Everyone was very nice and took care of business without being "Old School".
