I came into the dealership as a Costco customer in hopes of finding a suitable vehicle to purchase through the Costo program. I had spoken with Jason over the phone, was given some prices on the new Elantra of finding a suitable vehicle to purchase through the Costo program. Because of their great attitude, it helped me to make the decision to buy a Hyundai and trade in my Cadillac xxx. I think the car really speaks for itself. It is very innovative and sleek, and I definitely like the idea of getting great gas mileage. Plus it has technology and comes with a decent sounding stereo system for playing my newly released CDs. I am already very pleased and very happy to own the car. I have put 280 miles on the car and the control panel reads that I still have 140 miles till empty. That alone blows my mine. That's 420 miles on one tank. When I got to 63 miles, I noticed that the digital gas reader had not moved. It was still showing full, so I called Rich, my salesman, and asked him if the digital reader was broken because it hadn't moved, he replied, "No it is not broken Michael. Welcome to the world of Hyundai. Just give it time and it will eventually move down." And yes he was right. When I made it home that evening after my gig at the Caesars Palace in the Celine Dion theatre, it had finally moved down one notch at 76 miles. That's incredible. I'm use to getting maybe 200-220 miles to one tank if I'm lucky when I had the cadillac xxx. Plus, I could only use premiun gas. So believe me, I am relieved of so much frustration from seeing the gas hand go down before my very eyes as I drive. I will be saving so much money in gas expense alone which really makes me happy. Josephine and the people at Henderson Hyundai really did an outstanding job and I would be happy and confident to send any of my family, friends or associates there way. When I was ready to buy - I call Nicole specifically to set up an appointment in which we finally met. Nicole assigned one of her associates - Mr. Eddie Zelonka to assist me. Thanks to Eddie's professionalism - he advised me of options I'd never considered pertaining to buying new vs used. I was never pressured and thanks to him - I feel I made the right decision in the purchase of my 2011 Hyundai - Accent. We were looking at the Sonatas and trading a Cadillac so Josephine understood that we had a very high standard set for the vehicle. The other cars we were looking at on other lots where a Cadillac CTS & Chevy Camero. We had appointments set to meet with other dealers the following day, but because Josephine gained our trust, met our needs for quality, fuel range and price we left your dealership with a new Sonata that evening.
