I had an excellent buying experience at Henderson Hyundai. Having bought cars many times in my life, I knew what I was "in for". Many Internet inquiries later and after multiple trips around town for weeks - looking at various makes and models of SUVs - I headed to Hyundai Superstore in Henderson as part of my list that day. I ultimately bought an SUV there, and here are some of the reasons why: I found the whole staff to be professional, but the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The pricing there was slightly lower than other Hyundai dealerships. My salesman Jason was sharp, honest, understanding, patient, and pleasant. I will recommend any friends interested in buying a car to speak with him. I did not feel unduly pressured. The negotiation process was simpler, more straightforward, and short. I feel, and many others have remarked, that I received a very good deal. The Internet communication with Alan was one of the reasons I went to Hyundai Henderson. Have been looking for a new Elentra and visited all the Hyundai delaerships in Las Vegas and by far this is the best one! No pressure, very friendly, clean and quick service. I spoke with Josephine over the phone from Arizona where I live. She figured out all the details of my purchase and things were exactly the way she said when I arrived in Nevada to sign paperwork. My rating is based on results achieved. I had specific goals I wanted to accomplish when getting a new vehicle. 1. Get away from leasing. 2. Reduce monthly payments. 3. Find a dealer that would accept the amount of down payment I had available. 5. Find a dealer that could structure a contract that fit all of the above. Thanks to the people named I was able to achieve these goals in full. Alan Moceo, the Internet Director, actually listened when I stated these goals - a rarity when it comes to any dealership! Daniel and Carey were very helpful - Daniel in joining me while test driving two models and Carey went so far as to follow me home to pick up my check for the down payment as I hadn't taken my checkbook with me. I didn't really expect to actually purchase a car that day! The reason for the proliferation of 4's in my rating is the usual one for anyone buying a car from a dealer - the number of people we have to get involved with (why four?)and the length of time it takes from arrival to the end of a transaction. I was at the dealership for 6 hours! But that is quibbling I guess. The important thing is I am very happy that I got the car of my choice - the Elantra GLS - and I was able to accomplish all goals and still stay within my budget. Hooray! More
I leased a new Elantra in February and when I got the first payment notification it was higher than my paperwork indicated ($231.79 vs my contract price of $229.79). I called Hyundai finance and they found that the dealership charged the incorrect sales tax. I went back to the dealership yet another time after they screwed up the contract the first time. Nick said he would work with his director and send in a payment to the leasing dept to make up the difference. Nick did nothing, Vito did nothing, Marc did nothing. 3 months later and countless phone calls and visits and I still have not heard anything back. It is not a large amount but I have a legally binding contract and I am being overcharged. The finance department at this dealership is a joke. I bought an extended maintenance contract under the impression that I would need transmission service at 30k miles then I found out that the new Elantra has a sealed transmission. Either the finance dept is incompetent or dishonest but I am done dealing with them. I love the car my salesman (Harvey) was great but this is a rediculous. Pay cash and avoid the finance department. More

Alan Moceo, USAA Sale Rep., was positively excellent in handling all of the negotiations on my behalf. He was truly professional and a person that obviously listened to my input on the car I wanted to purchase. He was conscientious, courteous and absolutely "above board". These qualities are NOT the norm and I must say I was very impressed with him. Additionally, the sales person that worked with him, Noli, was another true professional. He made sure I was totally aware of all of the aspects of the new car I purchased and took the time to inservice me so that I felt completely comfortable in driving it off the lot. Nick, the F&I member of the TEAM was personable, professional and had a good sense of humor (which is unusual for a numbers cruncher).He explained my options and secure a better interest rate for me than my USAA affiliate. He was extremely efficient and quickly completed my paper work. In my opinion the personnel with whom I came in contact directly reflect the personal and professional qualities of their immediate supervisor or boss. It is most clear to me that Mr.David Sapper, General Manager, has done a superior job in selecting and training his STAFF. I will positively recommend all of my associates to purchase a new or used vehicle from Henderson Hyundai!!! More
After narrowing my choice of cars that I wanted to evaluate down to three. I visited the Toyota, Ford and Henderson Hyundai dealers in Henderson, Nevada. The experience at Toyota and Ford was typical of a car dealer, get attacked by a salesman almost before getting out of the car and then when asking for the internet manager found that they were really not interested and gave virtually no facts about the models I was interested in except for a test drive. Henderson Hyundai was entirely different, the internet manager/director Alan Moceo knew the product, was interested in helping me and followed through on my test drive with the salesman. The entire attitude and buying experience was outstanding. I did not plan on buying on the first visit but had questions which I asked Alan to follow up on, he did so promplty. As a result I purchased the car three days later. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, probably too many, this by far was the best treatment I have ever had because of Alan and the customer friendly attitude of the dealership. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone that appreciates being treated with respect and a genuine concern for helping the buyer through the car buying process. More
I would like to thank two people at Henderson Hyundai both made my buying experience the best car buying experience I have had in the many years. Nicole Harrison (Internet sales) and Mark DiPietro (Finan both made my buying experience the best car buying experience I have had in the many years. Nicole Harrison (Internet sales) and Mark DiPietro (Finance Manager) are the best at what they do, in my opinion. Nicole was the only person that followed up with me on all the question I had asked via the internet. As I had contacted five Hyundai Dealerships locally and in two other states. Nicole took the time to contact me via email and phone and when the hybrid Sonatas came in she invited me to come in and see them and assured me she would take very good care of me and she did. Nicole you are the reason I purchased from Henderson Hyundai. Mark did a great job and took the time to explain every detail about the financing of my new Sonata and gave my many options and extras that I know I will benefit from. Mark is the reason I will return to Henderson Hyundai. It is people like Nicole and Mark that understand what it takes to deliver Customer Service, as they truly understand that concept.
