My experience with Brian Ezor was so wonderful. He was very honest, very professional, and made me feel very comfortabel-Not like my past experiences with dealerships where the sales rep made me feel lik very honest, very professional, and made me feel very comfortabel-Not like my past experiences with dealerships where the sales rep made me feel like he was just their for his commision and or trying to rip me off. Brian helped me with my budget that I told him about and what I could afford. Did not try and sell me a car over my limit. He was very informant about my all the cars he showed me. I just love my new Sonata and will definately refer your dealership and exspecially Brian Ezor to my friends and on facebook. I even have been passing out his business cards at work and in my neighborhood. I also want to add that the other personal in your dealership was all proffesional and polite to me while I was their. I had been there earlier this week looking and told Chuck that I would need to come back with my husband who is tall and wanted to make sure the car would be comfortable for him to ride in. I had all intent that I would need to come back with my husband who is tall and wanted to make sure the car would be comfortable for him to ride in. I had all intentions of buying a Sonata. Chuck suggested driving an Elantra as he thought it would be big enough and knew I was concerned about gas mileage. Was he ever right! We went in today and bought a new Elantra. I love the car! It has all the bells and whistles and my husband fits nicely. No pressure, no hard sell, and a great deal overall. I would recommend this dealership over any other. More
This a HORRIBLE dealership, unless you prefer vultures!!!! We felt so much pressure the very minute we walked on the lot. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Jason told us he had to go get his business card, who doesn't carry their own business cards! Of course, here comes the next guy up with Jason when he came back out to pour on more pressure. How stupid do they think we are! Needless to say, we left immediately. We currently have a 2011 Sonata, great car. From this horrible dealership we drove directly over to Planet Hyundai. No pressure, great people to work with, can't say enough about them. We bought a 2009 Sonata from Planet Hyundai that day. Go to PLANET HYUNDAI, you won't be disappointed. More

After we received our insurance check for my total loss car, we went looking for a used car. We were very concerned about staying within our budget. We visited Hergie and discussed our parameters. We had no doubt that, yes, he was trying to make a sale; but he had our best interest at heart. We didn't find anything and left. Lo and behold, the next day Hergie called us with the perfect car after checking car auctions, and cars that haven't been put on the lot yet. We rushed down and liked the car. Vito crunched the numbers so that we could also purchase the extended service and warranty contract. We left with big smiles on our faces. The overall experience was better than great. More

Bought my Girlfriend to dealer to buy a Sonata a month ago. Sale contingent on installed factory Nav unit. Paid $2000.00 for the upgrade and was promised a dealer installed factory unit. After sale, the d ago. Sale contingent on installed factory Nav unit. Paid $2000.00 for the upgrade and was promised a dealer installed factory unit. After sale, the dealer reneged stating a factory unit was not now availablel but they would install a aftermarket unit with all the same features. Once installed it was apparent that the aftermarket unit had far fewer features than the factory unit and even voided the hyundai 5 year warranty. The unit they installed also made the computerized information screen in the center of the dash permenantly inoperable. They installed a $700.00 pioneer unit. When I made repeated calls to Tim Headland, sales manager, was told he was too busy to return my calls. (he has never returned my calls) Typical bait and switch yes?. I left messages asking that he authorize an upgraded unit that would at least have most of the factory features or put the original radio back in the car and refund my $2000.00. After waiting 2 weeks and finally had to go out of pocket to get a 3rd party installer to install the proper unit. BTW neither Tim Hedland, Sales Manager, nor anyone else has never returned any of my calls to this day. Apparently good will is not in their vocabulary and they will do anything to sell a car including lying. Beware of this dishonest dealer. I'm definately not a happy camper and will expose their dispicable treatment to my extensive social facebook network and anyone else who will listen. We paid $32,000.00 for this car and expected at least the respect of a concerned business. (oxymoron). I suppose i'll have to go to Planet Hyundai for service and warranty work as i've been apparently put on a never answer or return his calls list. More

I visited Henderson Hyundai Superstore and purchsed the car of my dreams, the service was absolutely wonderful. In the past I was a little gun shy about car salesmen as they can be a little rough around t car of my dreams, the service was absolutely wonderful. In the past I was a little gun shy about car salesmen as they can be a little rough around the edges. My salesmen was a gentleman named Noli, and a gentleman he was. He was so kind and patient, I never felt pressured or rushed, it was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. He took time to go over the details of the car, and made sure I was convertible with the payment, and he even asked if I had any questions or concerns that he did not mention. When he delivered my car it was clean, and the gas hand was on full. This is what car buying should be like, I will definitely go back, and have already told family and friends about him, he was a breath of fresh air.
