I was lied to regarding a "Hold Check" agreement with the dealership, they deposited the check early and I was left with overdraft charges and they refused to remedy the situation by issui agreement with the dealership, they deposited the check early and I was left with overdraft charges and they refused to remedy the situation by issuing a check to me and accepting another check from me with the agreed to date of deposit.
