Spoke with Chuck regarding purchasing a new Hyundai in the next year or so. Very helpful with no pressure to purchase immediately. I went to Henderson Hyundai to look at buying a new Hyundai, specifically a Genesis. I was met initially by Hergie, who was very informative about availibility and pricing. We discussed trade in alternatives and financing options. At this point, Hergie introduced Randy Combs who further discussed the situation and finally suggested my leasing the vehicle. Both Hergie and Randy helped me identify various considerations, analyze the data, and make a decision to accomplish what I wanted to accomplish, leave them driving one of the classiest cars on the road. We went into Henderson Hyundai looking for either a new Tucson or Sonata - after driving both, I decided to go with the Sonata. It is a beautiful car, and after owning a 2001 Santa Fe, Hyundai has really upped their game. The fruits of their obvious rebranding efforts to provide an affordable car that has an air of luxury are quite apparent. Visually pleasing, great gas mileage, and the interior of a much more expensive car. Given that there are several Hyundai dealerships in town, I chose Henderson mostly because of favorable ratings on the internet, and some awful ratings for the competition. Buying a new car is a big decision, and often a stressful one. It is refreshing that they clearly try to not live up to the stereotype of car salespeople. I never felt pressured, and I was luckily spared from the typical tactics. Now that being said, it is still buying a car and there are in my opinion some accepted and standard practices that are undesirable. This is mainly in the backward logic in coming to a payment amount rather than being clear on the price of the vehicle, the interest rate, the term of the loan, and in my case, the trade-in amount. Once I informed them that I'd rather not negotiate in this manner, they politely backed off and we discussed the details of the car. I never felt as if they were being deceptive, but to me, it makes no sense to focus on a payment amount that fits your budget, because depending on the variables of rate and term, you could end up with the same 500 dollar payment for a base model and one with all the bells and whistles. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, but be sure to do your homework. Know the car you want to look at, be sure of pricing, get preauthorized for a loan from your bank, (that may get you a better rate), know your credit worthiness, know what your trade-in is worth (Carmax) and do not fall for the back and forth "if I can do this, will you" game. It is an emotional decision, but you can NEVER be afraid to walk away. Remember, the car is a car, but the price, the interest rate, and even the extended warrantee/gap insurance are negotiable. To the really impressive part of the experience, our salesman, Harvey clearly knows what he is doing. I asked all sorts of questions and he was able to answer them all in a complete and non-condescending manner. He obviously has a lot of background knowledge with cars, and his experience shows throughout the sales process and especially in the presentation. I was most impressed that he took the time to show me each and every feature in the car. At that point, the deal was done and he could have flipped me, sent me on my way, and grabbed another potential buyer off the lot. He did not, and that extra mile goes a long way with me. Nice guy, not the flashy fast-talking stereotypical car salesman type, and that is just fine with me! More

Working with Noli was great. He had me in and out in the time i stated and at the price I wanted. I had shopped around a lot before going their but I should have gone there first! He took the time to explain the focus features of the car I was interested in and sold me the same day!
