I just purchased a new elantra from John who I felt was on my side from the get-go, thus I thought I should share my appreciation. I had the pleasure of working with him after being disappointed with a de on my side from the get-go, thus I thought I should share my appreciation. John gave me honest answers to all my questions and gave me the pros and cons of a few models I was interested in for my specific situation. You will not find a better person in the business and I will be back to John when my daughter needs a car here in the near future. Overall the dealership was smooth flowing and I have no real complaints other than my wash and detail upon leaving did take a lot longer than I expected, but I don't know if that should be something I want rushed anyhow. They have a lovely new showroom, complimented by very warm employees. Mac was my salesperson, and I had a blast with him right from the get go. He's a no non-sense type of guy, but was extremely kind and knowledgeable when it came to me pestering him about the different cars. I ended up going with the 2012 Sonata, and couldn't be any happier. Mac made the car buying experiences painful and stress-free. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He's just an all around great guy, who doesn't make buying cars a hassle. More

This was one of the abosolute best dealerships I have ever visited. The salesmen Omar showed me a Hyundai Genesis coupe we took the car for a test drive and I liked it. Have been looking at the Hyundai for at least six months and finally decided to buy the Elantra. The dealer did not have what I wanted on the lot but tried to find it for me, offering to trailer it to Arizo and finally decided to buy the Elantra. My salesman, Jeffrey Adams, was a delight to work with. He was patient and well versed on the Hyundai models. Kip Fluth, executive sales director, was also a pleasure. Rick Davis, financing, was also very nice but made me feel rushed while reviewing my contract saying he knew I was in a hurry to be done. This is NOT the time I want to feel rushed. Overall the customer service was top notch, they really make you feel that they appreciate you business. More
