This was my first time in a Hyundai dealership and I was knocked over by the great customer service (something that isn't in this country any more at most places.) Bradley Croper could not have been nicer and or more helpful. He explained every step of the process and showed me all the things I needed to know about my car. He took special time to explain. But he also let me know that he was only a phone call away. It was the best time I ever had buying a new car and this would be my fourth one but my first Hyundai. I am so glad I had the forsight to check it out. I absolutely love my little Accent. It is just the perfect size for a petite person like myself and very pretty. I get all kinds of complments on it. I tell every one how wonderful this Hyundai dealership is and how great I was treated by Bradley and Mark. I am sure my friends will be coming in when they need a new car. Thank you so much for eveything. I alwsys say "when you spend money it should be a fun experience and you should always get exactly what you wnat so there is never any regret!" And Hyundai and Bradley made sure that was the case for me. I am a very happy shopper and plan to have a relationship with Hyundai and all the nice people there! More

This is our second Sonata purchase within the last 2 months. We just bought the 2012 Sonata Limited Mar. 2012 after buying the 2012 Sonata SE Turbo at the end of Jan. 2012. The Hyundai quality of the product and warranty is why we considered the Hyundai, but it is because of our wonderful experience with Charles Harvey that we returned to purchase our 2nd Sonata in March 2012. Charles Harvey was very professional, personable and helpful, with no pressure at all. Harvey listens to your needs and does his best to accommodate whatever you need. We received a great price and the ease of doing business was extraordinarily pleasant. We spoke with a man named Randy also and he seemed very nice as well. What a great customer service experience! We have since returned to Henderson Hyundai Superstore for service on our Sonata SE and the friendliness of the service staff and customer service is outstanding! Harvey continues to give us great customer service. Henderson Hyundai Superstore makes you feel like family even after the sale of the vehicle. The best experience purchasing a new car I have ever had. Josephone and Harvey were great looking through the selection of vehicles and di not hassle us on bit. Henderson Hyundai is about 25 miles from where I live but the drive was worth it and I look forward to dealing with their parts and service departments in the future. Even after purchasing the Santa Fe, signing all the paperwork (which was pretty quick), we were called back in to re-do the contract providing us with a lower interest rate than the initial contract listed saving us over $700 in interest on the loan. Never seen this done before! More
We came in to buy a new Elantra. We worked with Noli. He was a no pressure salesman and made us feel complete comfortable working with him. He did not try to oversell me and what I really also appreciated was that he also listened to me and my pricing needs and therefor directed me to a 2011 Hyundai, which I ended up buying and absolutely LOVE! Josephine, who was the internet sales rep I dealt with before arriving was also a true gem! She was on it, and once again in a completely non-pushy way! I overall had a truly amazing experience at Henderson Hyundai and I would buy a car there any day! More
By far, my best auto buying experience ever! I never felt pressured, rushed, or judged. Harvey was very helpful and friendly. I felt almost like I was visiting with an old friend. This is my second Elantra, so I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Harvey still took the time to show me every little detail of my new Elantra. He even told me some things about my old 9 year old Elantra, which I still have, that I didn't know! I live in Centennial Hills and will very happily drive to Henderson for my free Oil changes and car washes. I might even have to take them up on "Borrow Buck's Truck." I'm a proud member of the Hyundai family and now also Henderson Hyundai family. More

The reason I went to Henderson Hyundai is because they had the best reviews of service, car sales and going that extra step to keep your business. They do this because you are the customer and have a choice where you want to buy your car and get it serviced. I love how they skiped trying to pull you left and right like most dealers do. My sales guy , CHUCK !!! is great , he didn't Bull**** me at all . Every one was clear with the whole process of buying a new car. I had fun and love the FREE OIL CHANGES FOR LIFE. More
We went to the dealership specifically looking for a Sonata. The first person I met was Chuck who was extremely friendly and caring. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the exact car Sonata. The first person I met was Chuck who was extremely friendly and caring. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us the exact car we wanted, without trying to push us into something we did not want. We advised Chuck of the conditions under which we would purchase the car. He relayed this info to finance and gave us exactly what we asked for. We purchased the car and drive home today with it. I feel both Chuck and this dealership are one of the best we have ever worked with. This is our 5th Hyundai. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

I was shopping for a small car that would get good gas mileage and be comfortable for a 6' guy who likes to have the seat way back. I was just browsing when I met salesman, Chuck Atwood at Henderson Hyundai. He was a great guy, very down to earth. When hearing of my expectations, he immediately showed me the Elantra. He was very knowledgeable about the Elantra and the cars of Hyundai's competitors. After sharing his knowledge, I was very impressed. I wasn't quite ready to buy, but Chuck assured me without any pressure at all, that I would be back. Well of course, after shopping around, I returned to Chuck at Henderson Hyundai. I decided on the Elantra. I did my research and bought the car for a very fair price with no haggling. The finance manager was also very friendly and helpful. This dealership totally gets it. Great service at a great price by a friendly staff. It was an enjoyable experience. Thanks Chuck and all the staff at Henderson Hyundai! p.s. excellent leg room for what is considered to be a small car. More
