Very positive experience with a new car purchase. No high pressure sells pitches and the salesman seemed to be more interested in putting us in a car we liked other than trying to unload inventory. The new car is absolutely what the spouse and I wanted after approximately one hour on the lot and the purchase closing didn't take all day. I did a lot of preemptive work on the internet prior to my visit to Henderson Hyundai. I narrowed my search down to one of the lower end models. There wasn't very much in the way of inventory for that class of car (the car model is so popular the dealer can't keep a large inventory in stock, sells them quick) so the salesman gave me a very good deal on a higher rated model. Henderson Hyundai has a very beautiful showroom and the facilities are clean, to include the restrooms. It has been two days since my purchase and I have no regrets, unlike past car purchase experiences. The Hyundai Elantra is a great automobile. Very little road noise for a small car. Smooth on ruff surfaces and responsive to turns with a very small turning radius. The standard equipment exceeds most comparable models equipped with options. This purchase was probably the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. More

This is the second new car I have purchased from Henderson Hyundai and I wish I had stopped with the first. We took for every service appointment evidently they did nothing and wrote down service w Henderson Hyundai and I wish I had stopped with the first. We took for every service appointment evidently they did nothing and wrote down service was done because the car has 27,000 miles on it and oil leaking according to their own service test and they will not fix. The service manager SCREAMED AT MY DAUGHTER he never wanted to see us or the car again had her in tears. I purchased this car from them because I am a single mom and my daughter works late in the evenings and wanted her to have something that we did not have to worry about, well when people do not do there job correctly and no one monitors them I suppose they have enough customers it does not matter how you treat a good return customer. You have no idea what we have been through we were put off at every turn it has been over 45 days it took over 30 to get a copy of the service record they had on there computer all the time they had our car. Then they released the car to neither me or my daughter to a stranger to them and did not even ask for his ID. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING?
