THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY You know there is a problem with the deal when the general manager calls it a "P.R. nightmare", the sales manager tells you that if he had been there, he would "never have let it happen" and added, "you paid as much as possible for the car", then a salesman says he would "NEVER let his mother take a deal like that". But salesman Mahood was out for the easy sale! I did try to resolve the issue with them and they PROMISED to call me back, but of course they never did. That's what happened to me.
