This is the 3rd purchase from henderson hyundai, and as always they treated us with respect. Charles Harvey was very informative about the car we purchased. Took the time to take me over to the service departmart and introduced me and got my first oil change scheduled. Over all it was a very untenseful sale with no pressure. Josephine was a great help from the internet, had sent email in advance to let them know what kind of deal I was looking for and what I was willing to take. What a awesome new Car purchase we experienced at Henderson Hyundai. Our assigned salesman, "Noli" was simply awesome! From the moment we walked in the front door to when we left their lot was 2.5 Henderson Hyundai. Our assigned salesman, "Noli" was simply awesome! From the moment we walked in the front door to when we left their lot was 2.5 hours and we learned so much from Noli concerning our new Hyundai Elantra, service department, and all other areas of this extremely customer oriented car dealership. I bought a car from Henderson Hyundai & had a great experience, love my car & really had no problems so when it came time for my son to buy a car we took him there, BIG MISTAKE! My husband cosigned for experience, love my car & really had no problems so when it came time for my son to buy a car we took him there, BIG MISTAKE! My husband cosigned for the loan which was fine & the car he got was considered used since it had been previously purchased & had a couple thousand miles on it whe it was returned by the previous owner which was all fine.The sales guy we worked with told my husband that since we we refered my son we would get a referal fee of $200, we thought great that will help him with the licensing fees. We were told they would mail us a check in a few days but it never came so I called the dealership & was told to come in & just pick it up but whe I got there they said it wasn;t ready to come back the next day so I did & got the same story it wasn't ready. The salesman told me to come back the following week & he would make sure it was ready so I show up the next week & now the story has changed to well I have to talk to my manager because there was a mixup in communication about the check & he now needs to approve it. So by now I am livid because I have been there 3 times to pick up this check & all I am hearing is lies. I made one more trip down there after that & asked to speak to a manager but of course neither were available to bother with me so I went home & wrote a letter to both managers & sent it off thinking they would surely respond with at least an explination or appology for thier lack of follow through & remedy the situation, what I got was nothing they completely ignored my letter & refused to deal with me at all.I know it was only $200 but it was the fact that they treated me with such disrespect & made me feel like I was just being a pain to them that pisses me off & not to mention the issues my son has had with that car & the way Henderson Hyundai has lied to him & surprised him with rediculous charges is unacceptable. I will never buy another car from them, they have lost my respect completely!! More
In last 3+ years this is my second new car purchased from the Dealer. My Favorite sales person is Gary Wesolowski. He is excellent, Polite and knowledgeble. My 82 year old father went in and was taken advantage of. NO THE DEAL. got to the finance dept and it went on from there. a 19,000 car became a 29000 car and he did not know it. STAY AWAY. I just want to preface this rating by say that I didn't know any of these people when I started looking into this purchase and now I feel like I have not only 'people' that I dealt with ... but I have more know any of these people when I started looking into this purchase and now I feel like I have not only 'people' that I dealt with ... but I have more friends(Dorian, Mark, Brian, Ty, Randy) because of this experience. THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I started from the online site with Brian, He was fun to deal with online, asked me what I wanted him to look for,then we made an appointment. When we drove up the dealership there were two salesmen watching for customers but when we told them that we were dealing with Brian from the online portion of their company, they backed right off...Brian explained that he had just started with the company so Dorian would be our sales person(wasn't too happy but thought I would give it a try). Dorian did a fabulous job!!!! I couldn't have been happier...he listened to what we were saying about the type of car we wanted, and how we wanted the best deal for us... when we chose the car(which was a Sonata hybrid) he went back to the sales mmanager, Randy,told him that we did want to mess around.....so Randy came, told us what they could do as far as the deal was concerned, we haggled a little.... he came back with a deal we couldn't refuse!!! Also, Ty, the service manager, came in and introduced himself to us.(When have you ever known a service manager to come and introduce himself to a customer???) They were all amazing!!!! Then we went to financing.... oh brother...in the past we have have finace people who were only nice if you were going to buy something from THEM, but when we got to Mark... let me just say he couldn't have been more accommodating. It's amazing for someone in finance to be this nice, helpful and congenial.... didn't know it could happen. He even called me back, after the purchase, to let me know there was another way he could save me even more money. When we were through with the deal and our NEW car was being cleaned, we were talking to Dorian when I notice a gentleman who is on the advetisements along with other men, who looked VERY IMPORTANT/owners???, I wanted to let them know that their staff that we worked with were AWESOME... and they asked how everything went, I told them they should be proud and that this time was the best auto purchsing experience we have had in 42 years and about 20++ auto purchases.... Those men were really, really wonderful as well and I also told them that it felt like this was HOME and that this was the only place I would ever buy another car!!! What's not to like about this dealership,,,,,????? NOTHING.... More

Our experience at Henderson Hyundai from the first call with Josephine Gentry as Internet Sales Manager and Gary Wesolowski sales was refreshing. We started our search 2 weeks ago going to Toyota, Ford, with Josephine Gentry as Internet Sales Manager and Gary Wesolowski sales was refreshing. We started our search 2 weeks ago going to Toyota, Ford, Chevy, Nissan, Fiat, Kia. We live in Golden Valley, Arizona. So we took ourselves to Kingman and Lake Havasu, AZ for the test driving and pricing. Our experience with dealers in Havasu well let me just say we didn't stay. We had made our decision to go with a Hyundai Elantra, now the search for the best price using TRUECar.com results came up with Dealers in the Phoenix area and Nevada. After many emails and calls from dealers in Arizona and Josephine she worked the best price. So here we go to make the deal we get to Henderson Hyundai take a test drive in the Elantra and go figure we want to test drive the Accent. Gary didn't not flinch eye nor try to sell us on the Elantra he when inside an got the key to the Accent. After the test drive we decided that we wanted to purchased the Accent. After a little time we came up with a great deal on the price. The Customer Service experience is excellent. The knowledge, courteous, friendliness of the staff thru out the dealership enlightening. As of this moment only two days into our deal I would give this dealership a rating of 5 ***** stars. Should this change as continue my business with Henderson Hyundai for maintenance and such. Negotiations for a manual transmission 2013 Elantra were done easily and with no pressure online, handled by Josephine. She had amazing patience and answered all of my questions.
