The sales team was wonderful, the service team was wonderful. The Finance Team are scam artists. Nicholas tricked me into signing for maintenance packages I clearly told him I DID NOT want. It took me more than 8 weeks, 2 extra visits, W0 phone calls which resulted in using almost an hour and a half of my cell phone minutes (they kept avoiding me by placing me on hold for long periods of time.) Lies galore. I asked for Nicholas's boss after he was rude to me, Was told it was Mark. Mark told me he would cancel it and it would be deducted from my balance due within 30 days. On the 31st day I called and asked for Mark's boss. I was given Chris who told me first that Mark was wrong and it would take 90 to 120 days, and then when I insisted he find the paperwork he finally came back and said it would be done in 10 working days. In 10 working days A PORTION of the money was taken back. Another phone call to Hyundai Finance who said it wasn't their problem, another phone call to the Warranty company who told me they had to take $75.00 for administrative fees (to cancel a warranty I never asked for). Another phone call to Henderson. this time talked to Vito who was going to look into it and call me back the next day. Now I get a call from Mark, V7ry indignantly insisting that there is now way they will give me the $75.00 and $137.00 in taxes back. I told him I didn't want to talk to him, I wanted to talk to his boss Chris and he told me Chris doesn't talk to anybody. Even though I clearly spoke with Chris, or did the fellow on the phone lie also? I have been given a run-around since I bought my new car on March 5 and Henderson Hyundai still owes me $213.12. DO NOT DEAL WITH HENDERSON HYUNDAI FINANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

I say "almost enjoyable" because I hate spending money; however, in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. I purchased an EQUUS (outstanding car) from Mr. Nolan Hall (a terrific and dynamic salesman) who went out of his way to accommodate me. Even coming to my house to demonstrate all the nuances of the many options that were standard in my new car. Many of these options could have cost major dollars but were included in the price. His attentions to a customer after the sale were a revelation and very welcome. I am confident that I can rely on him and the rest of the "team" at the Hyundai Superstore. All in all, great auto purchasing from this dealer and the salesperson, Mr. Hall. I have already recommended this dealership and Mr. Hall to several of my friends and will continue to do so. More

We used the Costco Auto Buying Program, which referred us to Henderson Hyundai Superstore. An employee from the dealership, Brian Dickens, called us within a few minutes to set up an appointment for the nex to Henderson Hyundai Superstore. When we arrived, Mr. Dickens greeted us and then referred us to Gary Wesolowski, Internet Relations Manager. We ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Our experience with Henderson Hyundai stared online with Nicole she was extremely helpful answered all our questions and told us she had several cars with all the extras we were requesting, we arrived at H Nicole she was extremely helpful answered all our questions and told us she had several cars with all the extras we were requesting, we arrived at Henderson Hyundai the next morning and Ali Hashimi came up to us introduced himself and asked if he could help us we told him we had been working with Nicole online and he said he would be happy to take us to her and then he saw my husband had just lit up a cigarette and he said go ahead and finish your cigarette and I will bring Nicole to you. She came out and greeted us thanked us for working with her and said she would turn us over to Ali to show us the vehicles. Ai took us out to the lot showed us the Azera's that were equipped with everything we were requesting. We decided to take the dark grey Azera on the test drive. Ali was great he brought the keys out showed us how everything worked the panoramic sunroof, the back window shade our back side window shades, all the buttons in the front, including the Blue link, navigation and all the fun features. When went to leave on he test drive and I chose to sit in the back, Ai wanted me to sit in the front and I explained I had already test drove one and sat in the front I wanted to try the back seat. Very comfortable and enjoyed the sunroof view from the back seat. The whole time we were driving my husband was telling Ali what price he wanted to pay and what he expected for a trade in for our vehicle and Ali promised he would get him the best price on the car and the trade in. When we got back Ali offered to test drive other vehicles but we knew this was the car we wanted, he showed us a few more things on the car and then took us into the showroom to start the paperwork. We have bought and sold a lot of vehicles at a lot of different dealerships our experience at Henderson Hyundai was by far the best experience we have ever had. Ali filled out the paperwork my husband gave him the price we wanted to pay and what we wanted for our trade in and he brought it over to the sales manager. He came back and said they would have to check out our trade in and it would take a few minutes so he offered us something to drink. While we waited Ali told us we could use our phones to start the car and lock and unlock doors which I just couldn't believe he told us he would help us set all that up including linking our phones to the Bluetooth in the car before we left. He brought his sales manager over and introduced us and then brought us back the offer. It was everything my husband asked for we couldn't believe it. So obviously we bought the car. Ali was awesome he kept all his promises including setting up both our phones on Bluetooth downloading the blue link app to my husbands phone and showing him how to use it. He also took me into his office and helped me create our Hyundai bleu link account online. Henderson Hyundai will always be our car dealer of choice. I can't say enough great things about my new Sonata or my experience purchasing it! I am a full-blown convert from European luxury models and just plain love this car. With the quality of car Hyundai is putting out these days combined with their amazing customer service they can't be beat for overall package. My salesman at Henderson Hyundai, Eric Lee, was patient and diligent. He didn't pretend to listen when I listed off my wants, needs, don't-wants, he actually heard everything... Though I knew I was asking for the impossible "This list within this budget" he asked a few questions and took me directly to the exact car I had described... he sat down with me and went over the pros/cons of going with a used vs. new car and how they fit into my want list and budget... He never pushed one way or another... He was helpful and courteous. How strange it is to actually TRUST your car salesman... But He was amazing and I knew I was in good hands. Hyundai also gave me a better rate than any of the banks I had pre-approved with. I just can't say enough great things about Hyundai overall! More
