Told a recall for side mirror noise in Dec. , 2021. Passenger mirror serviced, parts to correct drivers mirror on back ordered & told to expect call once parts arrived. Waited but no call cam , 2021. Passenger mirror serviced, parts to correct drivers mirror on back ordered & told to expect call once parts arrived. Waited but no call came. I called Mar., 2022 made appt. car returned all alerts off, service reminder not reset, front impact sensor malfunctioning, etc. Spoke with Richard who says nothing was done to car except filing something on door as there was no recall on mirror although passenger mirror was supposedly serviced last year and parts ordered for drivers side mirror. Says just a filing on door for an over extended piece(?) Very frustrated with this service as I now need to reschedule which takes months to get an appt. Where I did feel comfortable with them from my prior service something has changed , & I don't feel confident with this business. More

After my fiancé had such a wonderful experience purchasing his new Elantra N from Carlos at Henderson Hyundai a couple weeks prior, I knew I would be in good hands when I returned to buy my new Hyu purchasing his new Elantra N from Carlos at Henderson Hyundai a couple weeks prior, I knew I would be in good hands when I returned to buy my new Hyundai. I was torn between the Tucson hybrid and Santa Fe Hybrid but ultimately fell in love with the Santa Fe. Throughout the whole process, Carlos was very helpful and friendly and didn’t pressure me at all into buying. John, the finance manager, was also up front about everything included in the pricing and warranties. Out of all the cars I’ve owned, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had.
