Above and beyond! I recently brought in both of my vehicles for service, Leann Newland is my service advisor. The day I brought my second vehicle in, the shop was overb I recently brought in both of my vehicles for service, Leann Newland is my service advisor. The day I brought my second vehicle in, the shop was overbook; Leann informed me the service was running late. Indeed they were running late, I was one of the last ones to get out of there. Although the rest of the service advisors and other service center employees had gone home, Leann stayed and got my car out of the shop as soon as she could. She also discounted one of the services for the inconvenience. She also assisted another customer whose service advisor had left. I give Leann 5 stars in customer service and dedication to her company and job. More
