Not the best car buying experience Although one person did not do anything specific to make the entire experience bad my husband and I overall felt as though everything added up to not Although one person did not do anything specific to make the entire experience bad my husband and I overall felt as though everything added up to not a great experience. I felt like in the end I would have rather not have bought the 2 cars we bought. Probably not the best thing when it should have been a great thing. It took almost a month to get our paperwork to register the cars, we were mislead in the original paperwork we signed and had to resign completely different paperwork with almost double the interest rate plus the increased the number of payments without telling us, we were mislead about the purchase and refund from our trade ins, and although they tried to make that one better. I called to talk to the Manager of the dealership he answered the phone by saying YES! and then said he would call me back and never did. I can't believe the way it was handled and honestly would never purchase another car from there. Ali our sales guy was great other than misleading up about the amount we would get back from our old cars but other than that not very satisfied to say the least!!! More
