Lied to by F&I We were having a great experience and would have given this place 5 stars up until we hit the finance office for a re-sign. Upon getting a lower rate, We were having a great experience and would have given this place 5 stars up until we hit the finance office for a re-sign. Upon getting a lower rate, I was told I needed to se-sign the paperwork. I was out and about when I got the call, so I did not have the original paperwork with me. When I got to the dealer, I was told to get the deal done the dealer had to drop the price of the car but raise the price of the service contracts to keep the deal the same. Figuring it was a non issue and just moving numbers around I didn't think twice about it and signed the docs. When I got home is when we found what had really been done. The car price stayed the same, the rebate stayed the same and the gap insurance price stayed the same. What had changed was the price on the service contracts. Instead of lowering my monthly payment by @ $60 mo, they only lowered it $16 mo. They raised the prices of the two service agreements we bought (warranty and tire/wheel) by over $2,200 for more dealer profit. Shady. We have since cancelled the extended warranty tire and wheel service agreements. Very disappointed with Steve McIntosh in the F&I department and will more than likely not shop here again More
