Fantastic Review I have to say I had the best car buying experience of my life at Henderson Hyundai. Thanks to a family friend as well as her car salesman Ali which she bought cars from for the past 10 years. I have bad credit but that didnt stop Ali from getting me into the car that i wanted. He worked with my budget and thankfully i have a good job to help with that. He made me feel comfortable like i was apart of his family and even invited me to his family bbq. He took his time and didnt rush anything and he jumped through hoops just to get my interest rate down from what i used have of 29% from a second car dealership which was ripping me off to an interest rate of 11.8% which is still a little high for some people, but since i have bad credit it was a god send. I know this might not be the same for everyone, but i am very grateful for him and his friend in the finance department Omar. Thank you both for the incredible service and everyone at the Henderson Hyundai Team that helped me get into the car i wanted! I am a very happy customer and hope to buy more cars from you in the future. I am now a pround owner of a brand new 2016 Hyundai Veloster. I corresponded with Josephine over email to identify that the vehicle was available, and the price of the vehicle. It was a very fair price and there were no complications or tricks once I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Casey who showed me the vehicle, took me through all of the features, offered me a test drive and got me through to the financing process. Finally, John Tutino was the finance professional that I worked with to make payment and he also set me up with the extended warranty. I could not have been happier with all 3 of these professionals at Henderson Hyundai, and I would specifically recommend all 3 of them, by name, to friends and family. They made the experience efficient and pleasant. More

Worse car-buying experience ever. Very disappointed. First of all, I was NOT even in car-buying mode. I did not come prepared. I was only in the dealership to service my 2013 Elantra. We were only allowed to negotiate payment terms and not the total price of the car, resulting in paying thousands too much for a car and not getting the full value of the trade in we deserved. More

Carlos, who claims to own the place (although I doubt he does) has a foul mouth and will curse at you for questioning sales numbers. Daniel, who is a sales manager, will insult you (in front of your wife). They will promise you things from afar, then refuse to deliver on them when you actually walk in to their store. They will without a doubt dramatically undervalue your trade compared to KBB and NADA. One can expect "interesting" sales tactics from a car dealership. But never should a customer be treated the way I was. Do your self a favor: run. Run far far away, to another Hyundai dealership in the metro area. You'll thank me later. More

Then Casey helped show me the vehicle and helped get all of the paperwork together, and finally John went through all of the financing detail.
