Pleasure doing business with you. The experience far exceeded what I could have imagined. I went in to test drive a car and ended up leaving with it. Eugen Jordache welcomed us and couldn't have been a more pleasant person to work with in our purchase. He was friendly, knowledgable and laid back. After a short walk through the lot I found the car I wanted to test drive. Once we got back we went in to talk numbers. He presented their first offer. I countered with exactly what I was looking for. (Luckily I had done enough research to know exactly what a good deal would be on this vehicle). A few minutes later he returned with an offer that was so close to what I asked for it wasn't worth countering the difference. Eugen has been by far the most pleasant salesman I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle (this was my 4th purchase) 5 Stars Eugen!. Next we met with John Tutino to go over the financing. He too was friendly, polite and knowledgable. Overall the length of time we were there was minimal considering all that happened. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Of course, we had more questions, and when we went back to Henderson Hyundai, John was ""hands on"" going over a few more features we hadn't grasped yet, as well as answering questions on the phone.." Lack luster rushed car buying experience I think these questions on the survey should be much more open ended. My experience wasn't good and not terrible. I think the customer experience that I think these questions on the survey should be much more open ended. My experience wasn't good and not terrible. I think the customer experience that each of your staff delivers varies so much that it become a very confusing environment. My sales person was a very nice man but did not ever confirm my interest, acted put out by a test drive, I had to really ask the questions to get the knowledge that I wanted out of the experience. I don't know if he was extremely new or lacked training but he had no product knowledge and if I didn't think that buying another Hyundai was my best option I would not have purchased a vehicle that day, I fact I left and came back. The sales manager on could definitely close a deal, he was all about confirming my interest and in the moment I felt really good about the deal. Looking back at it, in this survey it seems you are looking for your clients to have a genuine car buying experience and that I did not have. I was rushed though paperwork even though I wanted to wait for a co signer. I wanted a specific color and they said they had found one, and they were going to lower the price but when I got home I found the folded sticker price in my glove box with the exact amount I paid. This car did not have the same mirror directional and garage door opener functions as the one I was looking at so they completely made me think I was getting a car with the same features for less when infact I paid every penny of the sticker price. They breezed through paperwork leading me to believe there wasn't that much that I was putting on the back of my loan but when I got home I saw that I was only given $1000 for my trade in which I didn't feel good about. I kept saying this was my first brand new car and I want to slow down and understand what's happening and I feel as though I shouldn't have said that because it made me fall victim. I was told I needed to fill out paperwork to finance the deal on my own to hold the color I wanted by the finance manager and I could no problem bring my fiancé back and if he would improve the deal they would do it over again. I brought my fiancé back that night and they first just tried to give me the car then I asked if we could try his credit. What they did I believe is just run his credit and bring it back and say it wouldn't have helped. Looking at the paperwork once again when I got home I noticed he had a higher credit score than me. I believe it was late and they didn't want to re do paper work so they played me for a fool when infact it would have probably improved my situation. They should want to set people up for success not cars that they may not be able to afford. Overall I love my new car, I'm going to make it work. I would for sure recommend the Hyundai Elantra to my friends but I'm not certain I would recommend this dealership. I would say bring a man with you that has a backbone and take your time so you don't get scammed like me. More
