Staff friendly and helpful but took way too long to purchase a vehicle. Finance department was deceptive in selling additional services and told me they had locations in Kansas City for the oil change purchase a vehicle. Finance department was deceptive in selling additional services and told me they had locations in Kansas City for the oil change plan when Lithia dealerships has no locations in the entire state of MO. This dealership is a typical, overly pushy car sales environment. More
First of all it took me a month and a half to get in for an oil change. I consented to the 45,000 thousand service. Was told 3 to 4 hours okay I said. After 4 hours was told I needed front breaks. Was told an oil change. I consented to the 45,000 thousand service. Was told 3 to 4 hours okay I said. After 4 hours was told I needed front breaks. Was told another 2 hours. When I asked for an estimate and said I would return on Friday and paid $549 Michael told me I needed brake lights. I said you mean I have no brake lights? As an 81 year old this was frightening. I also asked about a senior discount and Michael said you already paid the bill. I immediately went somewhere else and got my brake light bulbs done. I also made an appointment to get my brakes done at about half of what you charge. When the manager of the shop I went to was changing the bulbs he called me into the garage and showed me one of the bulbs was cracked. He showed me and said the bulb was so tight he would have to force it out. He said it looked like someone tried to remove it and broke it. I only ever have taken my car to Hyundai Super store. Just saying. I have purchased 3 cars there but will never bring in my car or buy another there. One other time in December I had to leave my car and was told to get a rental and I would be refunded by corporate. I have not gotten anything refunded to me and it is July. I have completely lost faith in Hyundai. More
Made an appointment over the phone. The lady I spoke with was a little rude and pretty much told me I cannot make an appointment. I had to speak up to be able to get an appointment. Onc The lady I spoke with was a little rude and pretty much told me I cannot make an appointment. I had to speak up to be able to get an appointment. Once I did finally get an appointment set up it was 30 days into the future. Like I understand y'all be busy and there are a lot of people needing their cars worked on or looked at but I found that a little excessive. Once my appointment date arrived I set it up as early as possible. I was told went I arrive that I had to pay a $200 service charge to get my car looked at for the recall issue. Luckily I spoke with the Manager of the service department. He got my car in without having to pay upfront. After my car got taken to the back I was told it would be done by the close of business. Remind you I was there at 8 am. I was told it would take 9 hours to get my car serviced. The only thing I can say is at least I was taken care of and so was my car. More

Appointment was for 0700, around 0730-0735 I was checked in at the desk. I’ve been coming here since 2013-2014 when I bought my car, each time seems to be getting less organized. I don’t think it’s the staf in at the desk. I’ve been coming here since 2013-2014 when I bought my car, each time seems to be getting less organized. I don’t think it’s the staff’s fault, looked like only 3 workers were there. Heard multiple customers complain there was no organization or lines set up for the service area. More
Paul and the staff were kind and courteous but I felt deceived by the whole experience. Paul even picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel. Super nice and appreciated his effort. Unfortunat deceived by the whole experience. Paul even picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel. Super nice and appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been smoked in and that was disclosed in fact that was my first question about the car, 'has this been smoked in?' Paul's response was "No this car was a demo loaner no smoking whatsoever ". The AC was on full blast before the test drive, and no smoke was detected. Same when I drove it back to AZ. Once it sat in the AZ sun it was more than obvious and I called Paul. It was even hinted that I was making this up. I offered to take it to a dealer to verify but that was refused. The bottom line is nothing has been done to remedy the situation. Also during the test drive, there were floor mats in the trunk, I assumed they would be included in the purchase. They were not included as the car was presented to me after the financing was completed. That one is mostly on me but again felt deceived. I'm very disappointed. I'm guessing owners and sales directors will do zero to resolve any of this, they got the sale and that is the most important thing, right? That is a super low bar, even for a dealer. More
