A Very Pleasant Experience Matt did an excellent job. He is very personable and professional. I spent several hours looking at various cars with him and at no time did I feel Matt did an excellent job. He is very personable and professional. I spent several hours looking at various cars with him and at no time did I feel pressured. We ended up leasing both a Sonata Sport, for me, and an Elantra for my wife. I feel that Matt understood what we were looking for and did a great job of putting a deal together that worked for us. Matt made sure our cars were ready when we returned the next day to pick them up. The were detailed, full of gas, and the electronics programed. We will definitely be back to Henderson Hyundai when our leases expire in 3 years. I hope Matt is still around. Matt followed up with a text and phone call a couple of weeks after we got our cars. He offered to schedule our maint. appts.and made sure everything was ok. More

First time buyer Henderson Hyundai was great while we were shopping for a car but once the car was delivered they were not very helpful. Our car has a recall when we purchased it and it was supposed to take 2 days to fix it. Three weeks after purchase we received our car. The temporary tags were dated the date of purchase not the date of delivery. We were lied to by our salesman stating that we just needed to go to the DMV and request an extension because the DMV prints the tags not the dealership. Being as I have never bought a new car before I believed them and wasted an entire day at the DMV only to find out that the dealership is the one that prints the plate and they need to fix it unless I want to pay for an extension. This is not fair as it was not my fault the plate was printed wrong and I did not have the car for 3 weeks. I am very disappointed in Seth and Henderson Hyundai for lying to me. I feel like they were very attentive until I received the car. More

Very satisfied I knew which vehicle I wanted and even what color I wanted. I was notified as soon as it arrive at the dealer.
