Always have a great service experience. When I bring my car in for service, I am greeted by a cheerful greeter who directs to my service writer. My service writer checks me in and lets me know approximately what they are going to do, how much it will cost and how long it will take. He texts me his info in case I have any more concerns. He directs me to the waiting room. If they find anything that needs my attention my service writer comes into the waiting room to let me know. They almost always finish on time and usually for the quoted price or less. More

I’ve never had a bad experience at Hyundai Superstore. Bennie is very nice and so is the gentleman who takes your car when you first come (I can’t remember his name).
