Service advisor and service on my vehicle was great, as usual…..my only complaint is the service was over 3 hours long and there is no shuttle, no loaner cars, so you sit in a noisy waiting room……it was no usual…..my only complaint is the service was over 3 hours long and there is no shuttle, no loaner cars, so you sit in a noisy waiting room……it was not a good experience as the vending machines are behind you and the sales offices are on the side of you….it actually was pretty bad…….you need to offer something besides sitting in your waiting lounge…… More
When I brought my car in the service it was great until I had to find out when it was going to be ready, I called 10 times then I spoke to service manager Darren which was very helpful, but it shouldn't have had to find out when it was going to be ready, I called 10 times then I spoke to service manager Darren which was very helpful, but it shouldn't have to take 10 call and then ask for a manger before I gotten an answer More
This is the first & LAST time I’ll be purchasing a vehicle from a big dealership especially this one! This has been by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Apart from CREDIT APPLICATION FRAUD(I have video p vehicle from a big dealership especially this one! This has been by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Apart from CREDIT APPLICATION FRAUD(I have video proof of this) this dealership is just shady all around! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE A WALKING MONEY SIGN SINCE THE JUMP! I just purchased my vehicle in April 2022! Now the general manager is telling me they’re under “new management” in 2 months ? When I looked up the owner when I purchased , it was FRANK MAIONE . I now look up who is the owner & it is still referring to as Frank as the owner!(Hence the reason I CC’d him in my last email). I’ll be submitting my info/videos/pics to the News next! I know for a fact the day I walked in there wasn’t their FIRST time committing FRAUD! But if I filled out that application myself with false information I would have faced a fine , jail time & or a felony! If you ever come anywhere near here turn back and RUN! Save your money , credit , and the stress!!!! More
Told a recall for side mirror noise in Dec. , 2021. Passenger mirror serviced, parts to correct drivers mirror on back ordered & told to expect call once parts arrived. Waited but no call cam , 2021. I called Mar., 2022 made appt. car returned all alerts off, service reminder not reset, front impact sensor malfunctioning, etc. Spoke with Richard who says nothing was done to car except filing something on door as there was no recall on mirror although passenger mirror was supposedly serviced last year and parts ordered for drivers side mirror. Says just a filing on door for an over extended piece(?) Very frustrated with this service as I now need to reschedule which takes months to get an appt. Where I did feel comfortable with them from my prior service something has changed , & I don't feel confident with this business. More
