Came to get my recall fixed and they handed me my keys after being there for 30 mins and didn’t give me any paperwork or explained to me what was going on. Dropped car off at 930am , I called around noon and 2-3pm got transferred to Richard- no answer left a voicemail and no return call. Called back again at 4pm lady said the guys name was Michael. The techs at initial point of contact were great. Very efficient and friendly. I was ignored by the customer service reps. It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement of my presence. I was told the service would take about 4 hours. No offer of a ride home and pick up after service was completed. After sitting in the waiting area for over 4 hours, I flagged down the man who had checked me in. I had to ask for an update on my cars status. I miss my original customer service rep. This was a very disappointing experience. I am planning to return to the service location that took care of my old car. They are certified to do the warranty work on my car. More
