Dropped car off at 930am , I called around noon and 2-3pm got transferred to Richard- no answer left a voicemail and no return call. Called back again at 4pm lady said the guys name was Michael. The techs at initial point of contact were great. Very efficient and friendly. I was ignored by the customer service reps. It would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement of my presence. I was told the service would take about 4 hours. No offer of a ride home and pick up after service was completed. After sitting in the waiting area for over 4 hours, I flagged down the man who had checked me in. I had to ask for an update on my cars status. I miss my original customer service rep. This was a very disappointing experience. I am planning to return to the service location that took care of my old car. They are certified to do the warranty work on my car. More
