As I drove away with temporary plates I did not notice that it was not on the car. A month later and several calls to them and no one can bother to call back. All you get is voicemail. They have yet to provide me with a receipt showing the car has been paid in full. I was given a valid receipt for the first cashier's check. When I returned the next day to pay the balance all I have is a cash register type receipt for the second payment that does not state what the payment was for and told they would mail me something. The last time I needed a car title in Nevada it took less than 10 days for the titles for each of two cars, so when three weeks passed I left messages asking someone to call me back about my title. Of course, all voicemails as no one answers. No calls back about this either. I contacted the Nevada DMV to check on the title this morning and after a month from the purchase date they say they have not received any paperwork for a title to my car. What did I pay my $600 in fees to this dealership for paperwork for? More

Lies on paper work and intimidation. I was repeatedly told prices and then when the paperwork was given to me there was different prices on the paperwork. After speaking with other dealers, I found myself not enjoying any bit of buying a car for the first time, just felt greasy. And then there's Brett... I walked on the lot and was greeted by a kind soul. Wow, a normal human being that ACTUALLY cares about what I want instead of his own personal gain. Talking with Brett on one of my worst days in a while was pleasant. From his demeanor and professionalism I would recommend Brett to my friends, family, and children every day of the week. It’s the worst i have encountered And I have bought multiple cars in the past. If you are not paying attention you will be the fool here. I learned a great deal from this experience how much they will truly do to sell a car. Do not be fooled by their manipulation of numbers. My tax credit was subtracted off my promised trade in value. I discovered this too late. They like most dealers trick u into thinking u are getting a deal, it’s not true. Watch out for the concierge package. They claim it’s included but you pay and additional $599 for it. More
