On 6/24/21, I brought my car to the body shop to get detailed. I made the mistake of not going over it with a fine tooth comb. I brought it back the next day because the frontend was dirty. They said, " detailed. I made the mistake of not going over it with a fine tooth comb. I brought it back the next day because the frontend was dirty. They said, "I probably went thru a puddle" ,Really! Why wasn't the whole car dirty. My back window still has my dogs nose prints on it, the door jams are still dirty and my sun shade is gone. For the money you spend on getting it detailed, I could of saved my money and done it myself. If you are thinking of having your car done here, run the other way. Spend your $200.00 somewhere else. More

I bought my car from Henderson Cheverolet and it was great for about 6 months. Air conditioning problems every May. I take it to the dealership to fix and still having issues. I took my car my 2021 brand new blazer in for service sitting in the waiting room for about three hours a couple with the three kids was there buying a new suburban this is Wednesday, March 17 nobody in sitting in the waiting room for about three hours a couple with the three kids was there buying a new suburban this is Wednesday, March 17 nobody in the dealership asked this couple to put on a mask or wait outside they are coughing and sneezing all over the place their kids are running wild touching everything I called and left a message for the general manager got no reply back very disgusted with this dealership disappointed in all sales people including mine. I have leased multiple vehicles in the past and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I returned my 2017 Cruz at the end of my lease to the same dealership I leased it from. That was nine mo by far the worst experience I have ever had. I returned my 2017 Cruz at the end of my lease to the same dealership I leased it from. That was nine months ago and I am still dealing with their lack of competency since. The finance company and DMV were not informed the car was returned so my credit score was drastically affected and I am still being contacted to pay registration on a vehicle I no longer own. After reading previous reviews, I would appreciate Henderson Chevrolet skip the generic response they give to all negative reviews. I do notice your positive reviews (all sales = commissions) have personalized responses. It is clear where your priorities are, yourselves. More

I brought my vehicle in for a basic oil change. When I left and got home my wife told me something was sticking out from under my equinox. When I look under there was a bar that was not connected under th left and got home my wife told me something was sticking out from under my equinox. When I look under there was a bar that was not connected under the chassis. I didn't want to drive it all the way back to the dealership that is 15 mile away. So, I crawled under the vehicle and attached the bar back myself. This was a very unprofessional job. I will do my own inspections from now on when I have my vehicle serviced at your dealership. This is my Second time bringing my vehicle in on 3/8/2021 and once again they have did the same thing as above. I don't know what the rush is. But I'm no longer going to be taking my vehicle to your Dealership again. More
