I have leased multiple vehicles in the past and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I returned my 2017 Cruz at the end of my lease to the same dealership I leased it from. The finance company and DMV were not informed the car was returned so my credit score was drastically affected and I am still being contacted to pay registration on a vehicle I no longer own. After reading previous reviews, I would appreciate Henderson Chevrolet skip the generic response they give to all negative reviews. I do notice your positive reviews (all sales = commissions) have personalized responses. It is clear where your priorities are, yourselves. More

I brought my vehicle in for a basic oil change. When I left and got home my wife told me something was sticking out from under my equinox. When I look under there was a bar that was not connected under th left and got home my wife told me something was sticking out from under my equinox. When I look under there was a bar that was not connected under the chassis. I didn't want to drive it all the way back to the dealership that is 15 mile away. So, I crawled under the vehicle and attached the bar back myself. This was a very unprofessional job. I will do my own inspections from now on when I have my vehicle serviced at your dealership. This is my Second time bringing my vehicle in on 3/8/2021 and once again they have did the same thing as above. I don't know what the rush is. But I'm no longer going to be taking my vehicle to your Dealership again. More

My wife and I traveled to Henderson from San Diego to specifically purchase a vehicle as the San Diego area is very limited in inventory. We test drove a Blue Equinox Premier. Fell in love with it so we specifically purchase a vehicle as the San Diego area is very limited in inventory. We test drove a Blue Equinox Premier. Fell in love with it so we told the sales agent that we wanted to proceed with purchasing the vehicle. Before we could proceed, the sales agent came to us and told us that her manager had told her they could not do out of state financing. Aparrently due to Covid they experienced some issues with out of state Californis DMVs. I'm not sure about the validity of the reason, it almost feels like maybe we were descriminated against because we are latinos and don't meet the profile the dealership wants to deal with. It doesn't make sense that the other dealerships don't have any issues with out of state financing but Henderson Chevrolet does. I was disappointed we could not purchase the vehicle. We literaly walked accross the street to the Cadillac dealership and purchased a Cadillac XT4. They had no issues with out of state financing and were perplexed when we told them about our experience at Henderson Chevrolet. I genuinely felt bad for the sales agent as she missed out on a sale that day because of this. More

Michelle says he'll give you the best experience and do everything he can to sell you a car but make sure you get it writing. He is a typical lying snake salesman. The dealer doesn't do any in house work so everything is taken to a third party shop. That way if anything goes wrong the dealership cannot be held responsible and they can wash there hands on these deals. Never have I ever seen/ heard of a salesman like Michelle talk down to a woman like he did to my wife degrading her like we were nothing. And here we gave Michelle our business/money in something Michelle wont back up and have a little pride to fix. More
