Went in to Henderson Chevy Quick Lube for an oil change. Told my trans cooler lines needed replacing. Truck has over 100k miles on it. Made appointment and during the week had oil leaking. Had lines changed and mentioned oil leak from the filter and was told they didn't see a leak. It might have been from the trans cooler lines. I can tell the difference between oil and trans fluid. Next day more oil in my drive way. Back to Quick Lube following Saturday. Was told it was an auxiliary oil sensor plug that might have backed out. Service advisor said samething happened to his fellow co-workers son. Best case was it would only be about $80. Worse case would be $500. They fixed it for the $80. Following day puddle in my driveway again. So with that said I have had to waste 3 Saturdays at this dealers service center, paid out over a $1000 dollars and still have a leak. All I did was go in for an oil change. I now have a photo showing oil running down the filter. I would definitely NOT recommend them for any service needs unless you like wasting money and your time. I recently purchased a 2020 chevy suburban & the battery died while I was in California. There wasn’t a Chevy dealership that was open at that time & so I purchased a battery from auto zone. There was no on died while I was in California. There wasn’t a Chevy dealership that was open at that time & so I purchased a battery from auto zone. There was no one at the henderson Chevy dealership who knew how I can get reimbursed. I finally got a reimbursement form & filled it out but once again no one knew who I should email it to. I emailed it to my Chevy concierge & he no longer works as a concierge so I have no concierge to help me out. Even tho in my purchase agreement, it shows that I get my own Chevy concierge for $500 purchase for the year with any issues. The suburban is not even a year old & the battery already died & im stuck paying for a new battery with no reimbursement & no one at Chevy knows what to do about it. More
Worst experience at any Chevy dealer ever. Service department is incompetent and they don’t know how to deal with clients. On 6/24/21, I brought my car to the body shop to get detailed. I made the mistake of not going over it with a fine tooth comb. I brought it back the next day because the frontend was dirty. They said, "I probably went thru a puddle" ,Really! Why wasn't the whole car dirty. My back window still has my dogs nose prints on it, the door jams are still dirty and my sun shade is gone. For the money you spend on getting it detailed, I could of saved my money and done it myself. If you are thinking of having your car done here, run the other way. Spend your $200.00 somewhere else.
