Want us to pay 500 to put it in.sent 2 emails got one phone call .wasn't able to answer but the person on the other line didn't leave a message. Really disappointed. Great sales people but all other services are terrible We have bought several cars from this dealership. Their sales reps are amazing and very hardworking. Everything after that is pretty crappy. Especially if you have drop your car off for any kind of servicing. Its like one hand doesnt talk to the other. Each rep gives you a different answer snd timeline for your problems and a different excuse as to why they cant give you a rental eventhough they are keeping your car the whole day and why the shuttle hasnt arrived when they told you max 45 minutes and its been 3 hours. Happens every single time. People dont follow through here Absolute nightmare. They have no idea what they are doing there Avoid this dealership at all costs if possible. More

I recently purchased a vehic Henderson Chevrolet NV Horrible customer service. Liars, cheats, thieves! Public please be warned this place is terrible! I recently purchased a vehicle here only to have it die mid ride only 5 days after I purchase. They asking me to returned the car to the dealer. They force my signature on many documents. One was the Credit Report...without authorization. Other was ...the dealership increase 167.7 % the car value after purchased. Thank you to Navy Federal, being Military Helps. The Bank contact me and letting me know all those Henderson Chevy Dealership % changes. While I drove to work I saw others dealership options. Long story short... The tech at the other dealer take over cause was not properly serviced by Chevrolet Henderson NV dealership. I called Chevrolet Henderson NV dealer to resolve this, and the sales manager with the worst attitude I've ever encountered basically told me sorry deal with it... apparently if its not a good certified Chevrolet, you out of luck. I completely disregarded my problem starting....well if you don't know the difference between cash and a check emitted for the bank it's your mistake and you pay the price. The "worst experience ever". I run the other direction... I purchased a better-expensive car ) ends here. More

I had been searching online and comparing with other dealerships throughout the Las V Chevrolet and had a good experience buying my new vehicle here. I had been searching online and comparing with other dealerships throughout the Las Vegas area. Henderson Chevy had the vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted and at price lower than what I had actually expected. I was paired up with salesperson James Hoffman. He was very patient and never put pressure on me the entire time we went through the buying process. James even took me to a lot about a mile away where all of the other Traverses were in stock and made sure I was able to find the Chevy I was looking for. The financing part also went smoothly and I got a good APR rate for my monthly payment. It's always nice to buy a car at a price that is right, and to feel good about it when you drive off in your brand new vehicle! Thank you Henderson Chevy! I will refer you to friends and family if they are interested in buying a new car. More

The moment I began contemplating whether or not to trade in my beloved Monte Carlo did I not get a call from George Alexander. Keeping in mind that buying a car does take a good portion of your day and can sometimes feel like getting a root canal done, I was prepared to be there for most of the day. However, because of the incredibly service and friendly staff it didn't feel like a waste of a day but working with people who actually care and had my goals in mind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, which I equate to the Mr. Alexander. He broke any illusions I had of the typical "car salesman" with being personable, friendly and most important didn't bully me into getting a car that wasn't right for me. My overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend Henderson Chevrolet to anyone! More

I know that I'm a technology guru an was surprised to see their staff was still pretty knowledgable about th but was very interested in the new Volt.
