I purchased a 2012 Chevy Traverse LS at Henderson Chevrolet and had a good experience buying my new vehicle here. I had been searching online and comparing with other dealerships throughout the Las V Chevrolet and had a good experience buying my new vehicle here. I had been searching online and comparing with other dealerships throughout the Las Vegas area. Henderson Chevy had the vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted and at price lower than what I had actually expected. I was paired up with salesperson James Hoffman. He was very patient and never put pressure on me the entire time we went through the buying process. James even took me to a lot about a mile away where all of the other Traverses were in stock and made sure I was able to find the Chevy I was looking for. The financing part also went smoothly and I got a good APR rate for my monthly payment. It's always nice to buy a car at a price that is right, and to feel good about it when you drive off in your brand new vehicle! Thank you Henderson Chevy! I will refer you to friends and family if they are interested in buying a new car. More

Keeping in mind that buying a car does take a good portion of your day and can sometimes feel like getting a root canal done, I was prepared to be there for most of the day. However, because of the incredibly service and friendly staff it didn't feel like a waste of a day but working with people who actually care and had my goals in mind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, which I equate to the Mr. Alexander. He broke any illusions I had of the typical "car salesman" with being personable, friendly and most important didn't bully me into getting a car that wasn't right for me. My overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend Henderson Chevrolet to anyone! More
Very good experience. I've avoided car dealerships a lot but was very interested in the new Volt. I know that I'm a technology guru an was surprised to see their staff was still pretty knowledgable about th but was very interested in the new Volt. He answered so many questions as was helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend Henderson Chevy or Matt anyday! More
So far, this dealership has been my best experience so far. Zohrab wasn't being too pushy in making a deal with the car I wanted. I bought a used car from this dealership and was fully impressed. They even gave me free diagnostic reports when my used car broke a year after buying it from them. My husband and I went in to buy our first new vehicle and knew what we wanted. We even dressed up rather than wearing our usual jeans and t-shirts. We stood in the middle of the showroom (which wasn't busy) for several minutes before I went to the customer service counter and asked for a sales person. We were greeted and we said we wanted to order a vehicle. That part was fine. She asked for a deposit and said it would be about 7 or 8 weeks. When she came back with the print out of the total price I noticed it was full of fees and was MSRP. I said, "So when do we haggle?" She goes on to explain that the vehicle is a hot seller and that they go faster than they could stock them. If it were an '04 or something they could haggle. But she did say it doesn't mean they won't haggle a little when it got there and maybe there would be a rebate or something that month. Otherwise it was as it was priced. We went to another dealer who did not have all the fees and could haggle. So I called to cancel the order and have my husband pick up the check. When he pulled up to the dealer all the sales people were outside, including the one we dealt with. No one said a word to him and the check was waiting at the customer service counter. They acted like they didn't need or want our sale. More
